Great to deal with

As mentioned above the guys were great to deal with on the phone. Notification of delivery dates were accurate and the product arrived well packed and in perfect condition

Effort to resolve a courier fault

Expected, and paid for next day delivery, three days on item that was stated in stock still not arrived. However, after a break down in comms an effort was made at Director level to resolve the issue, and suitable compensation agreed.

Great product from Manfrotto

I bought the new Manfrotto D1 Backpack which is fantastic, but this companies customer service at least the guy who talked to me on the phone wasn't good, he was very rude both times I rang up to check on where my parcel was since I was never sent a tracking code, until I asked the second time. Shame I expected better from them.

Hi Theo, you placed an order over the weekend for the Manfrotto bag, you then proceeded to call me after working hours on Monday night, asking about your Manfotto delivery, I did tell you we had 6 orders over the weekend for those bags, and that I was not in the office at that time and had no access to your order, or tracking number. I did inform you that all the bags that were ordered over the weekend had been processed and shipped out direct from Manfrotto for a delivery on the Tuesday. You then called again on the Tuedsay afternoon claiming that I had told you that you would get a delivery in the morning AM, now this is not what I told you at all, you purchased the bag with the standard next day delivery which is anytime up to 1800hrs. I informed you both times that as Manfortto ship direct they use TNT as their agents and I also sent you the TNT tracking number that related to your order, once i established your who your were, as I was then in a position in the office to get this done.

Good service. Fast delivery.

I've used 3D Broadcast before, but put them on the spot this time to deliver specific goods to NE Scotland fast. From the initial contact it only took 5min to confirm the goods could be obtained. I had the goods in hand by 2pm next day. Many thanks to Paul, Martin and the rest of the team.

Fast requirement

Hi, I needed a replacement camera battery quickly as I have 8 videos to shoot over the next two weeks. I had problems finding a company with one in stock for immediate delivery. Paul from 3D Broadcast took my name and number and said he would call back in 5 minutes which he did. He had checked stock levels at IDX and said that if I wanted one for the following day he would drive over to IDX collect and ship it for delivery the following day. Which he did. Service doesn't get any better than this. 3D Broadcast will be my number 1 company to go to in future.

customer service?

Premises: Last week I purchased a camera top light.
Once I received the item (one day later than it was supposed to arrive) I have immediately tried it.

There was nothing wrong with the product but since I was looking for a more powerful solution I thought about sending it back and buying something else instead, maybe more punchy.

When I phoned asking to return my item they informed me that since I opened the package and switched the light on, they had to take 20% off from the original price because the item had been used.

I tried to explain that I literally just switched it on just for a few seconds inside my house and the light is still in its original package, it doesn't have any signs of usage and there is no timer or shutter counter showing the usage but... no chances.

Now, I am not giving an opinion on their return policy or general service but the rudeness of their reply literally left me speechless.

The person I have spoken to was extremely rude, talking on top of me in an quite aggressive manner. Neither he apologized nor did he offer an alternative solution.

I did buy from other broadcast companies in the past and I have never been treated this way but after reading other old reviews here, I have realized I'm not the only one.

It is not a matter of quality of their products or about the efficiency of their service (in fact this is the only reason why I'm rating them two stars!).
They definitely need better manners over the phone.
Ever heard about "customer service"?

This is clearly the first and last time I have been dealing with them.
Appalled, disappointed.

As i said on the phone normal procedure is, if an item has been opened and has been used it is very difficult to resell as a new item, i also said if you send the item back to us here at 3D broadcast once we get the item back from you we will make a decision on/if a re stocking charge will apply, that can only be made once we have the item back with us and not before.

So if you would like to return the item not a problem we will evaluate once we have the item back from you and take it from there with regards if a re stocking charge will apply in this instance.

Amazing!

It ws the first time I did business with them and I must say I'm more than happy!! Product arrived ultra quick and on the top with a better price compared with other competitors. I will buy from 3D Broadcast again!! Highly recommended.

Fantastic company and customer service

I ordered 2 items from them. The first was sent immediately and arrived on time. The second was out of stock. The communication from the company was outstanding and they kept me updated all the time and answered my questions immediately and in a friendly manner. Would buy again and would suggest everyone buy from them as well

Perfect buying experience.

Needed a HD-SDI cable ordering quickly, the cable arrived the next day, in good packaging (though maybe they went overkill with it, as they shipped it in a box the size of an old cassette deck) The cable was great quality and overall it was just an easy experience, would totally recommend buying from them.
