Bought two Rode mics from here. Arrived very quickly, and the price was more than competitive. The only gripe I had was being unable to get free delivery rather than next day delivery for £15 - which I wasn't fussed about getting. £60 on a weekend is also quite a lot. Considering how much I saved on the mics compared to other shops though, £15 isn't a lot and it did come next day as promised!

They had the best price on the microphone I was looking for. It was in stock. It was delivered really quickly and I was kept informed every step of the way. Superb service.

A good price, good communication and very helpful - arranged for me to pick up the goods from the distributor directly so I could get it the same day, which was much appreciated.

That's it really. I don't think this company carry stock of everything - my item (a Sonnet card reader) was coming from a separate warehouse but the order was placed and the item delivered two days later as agreed by DPD. No problems at all. Nice bunch!

I ordered a set of three LED panels on Friday afternoon and they were delivered the following Tuesday.

I phoned up to see if they would come in time for a shoot & was surprised to find out they were out for delivery. Very prompt service and very helpful staff. All this on top of the price being a couple of hundred pounds cheaper than anywhere else!

3DBroadcast offered the most competitive price for a Blackmagic Design Intensity Shuttle USB3 video grabber. It was UK sourced and in stock (unlike many of the other sites offering the device)

Postage was a little pricey but it arrived as promised the next day, and happily it works fine with my i7 Surface Pro 3

My first time using the website, delivery was fast and all my products came well protected, no concerns, will definitely use again.
Only problem was the 3 day delay for a response from me contacting the support team

Ordered a tripod - they phoned very quickly to say it wasn't in stock but would be the following week. It actually arrived sooner than they thought so I'm happy. Packaging was excellent, and personally I like DPD as their drivers are pleasant and they turn up when they say they will. I would certainly use 3D Broadcast again for fuiture purchases. Recommended.

I have been looking for a lstolite panoramic background for a while and came across 3D broadcast, set a good price the website was easy to use and was delivered as promised. I would recommend and use again.

Website easy to use - delivery on time; no problems.

I've brought from 3D Broadcast a couple of times now and both times their service was excellent and their delivery prompt, I would highly recommend especially if you live in the uk.

Asked company to email me as soon as they had stock of a part that was almost impossible to obtain. Emailed me immediately when it can in stock, posted that day, had it in my hand 12 hours later as promise. Paul was very helpful and proffessional. Would use every time!
(I did try several other companies but they seem to forget you! They need to set their benchmark on this company)
