Very nice Company,
i Order all my Printers and filament there and i had never a better contact to a company like 3djake.
In the last 3 Years i need the support 3 times and always it works perfect very fast answere and helpfull in finding my Problems.
About the filament i print for sure over 100kg from eco pla and i had 1 roll what print not so nice but i contact the support and they managed it perfect.
so far everytime again

Very bad after sales service on incomplete product delivery!
I received an incomplete, unusable product and after several email and sending photo's, no action was taken to send me the missing parts!
Their service sucks big time!

Great range, disappointing customer service.
Purchased some filament from the company, it turned out not possible to print without a heated build chamber, despite no mention of this on their website. When I contacted support asking if I could return the item, they declined and instead offered a 10% discount on a future order and said that they would update the information on the listing. I left a similar review on the product, which they have since removed. In addition to this product I also purchased a UV curer, which was from a UK brand and yet arrived with a european plug, it did not state it had a european plug on the listing page.
I placed a second order with the company and it was competitively priced and arrived on time. I stand by my previous title but am increasing the star rating.

My hotend broke down and I wanted a new one asap - I ordered the MicroSwiss all metal hotend and not only was it free shipping, it also arrived on the next business day. They seem to have a wide range of filaments for an awesome price and I'll definitely order from them again!
