Terrible attitude of customer service

Terrible attitude of customer service, doesn't even seem they want to do any business. Never go near them again. Especially they're happier to drive customers away to other sites, thats exactly how they responded

Your klarna setup is not working, it was not klarna checkout even tho your page heading says that, I rejected the payment as it came up on my card it was being taken directly from 3dprima, no connection with klarna whatsoever.

Klarna can work in differnet ways, depending on the systems integrated. Webshops has no control over Klarna, as they are a third party system. If you aren't given the options from Klarna you wish for, that would be up to Klarna and your account.

Hence we supported you the best we could, but upon your request to shop elsewhere, we accepted your decision.

Good and quick support

Bought a Micro Swiss NG Revo Extruder and got it delivered with a 24V heater
Got a 12V heater, free of charge, withing a couple of days and now it's working as it should

Great company and amazing support

Bought a Ender 7 from 3D Prima, and it arrived very fast (2-3 workdays to another country in the EU). It had some odd noise when put together, and the support instantly send me brand new parts from Creality free of charge.

Purchases, problems and positive outcome

I had a problem with one of my products. I contacted the seller. It took quite some time talking and suggesting solutions, but the seller offered me full replacement parts and managed to ship them the same day. I would buy from them again

Ordered a resin tank for my Anycubic Photon. No one in UK stock these. Only found at 3d prima. Dispatched promptly. Continuous updates from ups. (Who were also excellent btw). No complaints here.

Buggy website and no support whatsoever.

You get what you pay for.

Purchased a Flashforge Adventurer 4 for my company. To even register a company account took several emails back and forth. The purchase itself required them to place the order for me.

The printer has experienced a persistent issue with the bowden tube releasing from the print head. I contacted 3D Prima about the issue and have been ignored since. This cheap printer might have been the most expensive purchase I have made.

Bad customer service

I have bought 7Kg of this copymaster3d PLA filament.
when printing it makes poping sounds, if like there is moisture in the filament. And it breaks during printing, the printer stop extruding and print fails.

I have complained with the customservice, the suggested that the printer needs to be calibrated, so I calibrated the printer and recalibrated it.

without any satisfying results, complaind again. But the custom service never contacted me again.

I will never buy copymaster3D again and never buy from 3DPrima again, there service is really bad!

UPDATE:
3D Prima contacted me around 2 weeks (29.05.2023) after my complaint here and we were able to come to a resolution. I’m update it to 3 Stars because they kindly replaced the faulty part and I was able to install it with ease.

I’d still put off 2 stars due to the rude staff who handled my call and the slowness of service.

Would I buy again?
Probably.



ORIGINAL POST:
I ordered a Phaetus Hotend. The delivery was okay. The product was faulty as I cannot attach the Silicon Sock without it slipping or shorting my machine. I immediately called the company and told me to file a ticket regarding my concern. It’s been more than 1 week and no technical service replied to me.

I called customer support and they were pointing fingers and extremely rude to me.
After getting your money, they’re extremely hands off and would just leave you to fend for yourself.

Because of this incident, my business cannot operate at 100% and they told me “well, that’s your problem. We can’t do anything.”

I’d avoid buying from them at all cost. I’d rather spend a few euros more and get my items from a better store.

They don't just sell their printers but also stand behind them with spares and support

I bought a CR-10 smart printer a year ago and it worked as soon as assembled.
The other day the cardreader stopped working but after a few back and forth mails, with fast answers, for faultfinding I just got a message that a new motherboard is on it's way.

I also just checked their spareparts page and I find it most impressive. They don't just sell their printers but also stand behind them with spares.

I still have problems with WiFi transmission of the files but have not made a supportcase out of it, as I just used the SD card.

No support, poorly optimized website

Attempted to order from them on the 21/01/2023.

When i went to pay for my order the website took me in a continuous loop.

I contacted them by email to ask how i should older if the website wont let me pay.

Instead of helping me with my issue they told me that the order will not be shipped until payment has been received.

They cleary cant read english very well as i am asking how to pay for the product!!!

My 1 star rating is due to poor support and a terribly optimized website.

I will never recommend anyone to do buisness with prima 3d.

We did as you asked and cancelled your order.

It should be added that a very large amount of our customers use Paypal and at the time of your order, we had no reports of any problems with the service they provide, or indeed from any of our other customers.

We are, however, happy for you that you found what you needed.

First order here, not happy, bad support!

Placed my first order at this store. After 10 working days, still nothing received.
I send an email to the company and now I have to wait 10 more days. In the order email the company wrote: if you don't get your order within 4-5 days, contact us. So I did... but now I have to wait again.... without any updates about shipment.

Great deals. Fast and efficient costumer support

During the latest black friday sale, I bought a nozzle from this company for a great price but ended up having trouble with it beign delivered to Portugal, the delivery company managed to screw up the delivery. Although I had to wait a little bit longer than expected, the support team never failed to update me about the situation until it finally arrived.
I highly recommend this store has they offer great deals and a awesome support team.
