Steve installed a new boiler for me last week - as ever, he was very informative about my choices and explained everything as the work was carried out. He came back a week later to flush all the radiators out. What an amazing result - he is the "go to man" his knowledge and skill are unrivalled. Cannot recommend 3T highly enough. Cheers Steve.

Whilst we were away Steve replaced our back boiler and replaced all the radiators. To us it wasn't an easy job but Steve is so knowledgeable and confident that nothing fazed him! We were thrilled with the work, our house was left clean and tidy. Steve popped round upon our return and helped set up the app. Can highly reccomend Steve and his team

Had Ste out to our broken boiler.We came back from a week away to a cold house.
We had no hot water or heating,Ste was recommended by a few people.
He came to ours and was excellent with his knowledge on the fault.
I can now highly recommend Ste for your repairs.

After my boiler stopped working I needed help and Stephen helped me with no fuss! My boiler was working again in an hour and I had heating and hot water again.

We found out that our boiler had begun to leak while we were 200 miles from home about to board the Eurotunnel train to France !😳 .. we made an emergency call to Steve at 3Tgas this morning and gave him an estimated time when we would return home .. he said he would be there .. and he was exactly on time ! he fixed the leak in the boiler and now all is great again .. we can now resume our holiday without worry .. reliability & honesty & skill .. priceless !

The 3T Gas team attended my home on a Saturday afternoon to fix a burst pipe caused by corrosion. Steve identified a leak on the boiler that had caused the corrosion. Baxi dealt with the leak (under warranty) and the 3T team came back the following Friday to sort a couple of other issues and again noticed another problem with the boiler (Gas valve). Steve called Baxi on my behalf and came back the following Monday at 8AM to meet the Baxi engineer to ensure my boiler and system were all functioning correctly. There was no charge for the extra visit despite me offering. Outstanding service and workmanship, would highly recommend.

Highly recommend! Had Steve out to fix my boiler after many other engineers failed and he turned up on time and fixed it within the hour. Super knowledgeable and professional will be having them back to do my services from now on as well, thank again guys

Fantastic service, Steve came to the rescue Saturday evening we didn’t have heating or hot water and within no time it was all sorted. Really nice friendly and professional, we will definitely be keeping in touch with him in the future for any work needed. He was very helpful and gave us advice for any future problems. He was also extremely considerate as we had my granddaughter asleep at the time. Great bloke.

A couple of people had recommended 3T Gas Maintenance to me, so when my central heating pump stopped working, I gave them a ring. Steve was at my house the following day and had the old pump out, and a new one in, in next to no time. Very reasonably priced, friendly and tidy service. Will definitely be using again!! 5⭐️

Professional, quick and honest - what a treat! We got off to a good start when my call was returned within 10 minutes, as promised, when Steve was busy with another customer. He showed up when he said he would to look at our broken boiler on the same day - another rarity in my experience! Then, to top it off, he was able to fix it there and then. The boiler is at least 13 years old and we were dreading being told that it needed replacing so to get it fixed the same day for the call out fee and be told it had plenty of life left in it was a huge relief. Steve was also exceptionally helpful in giving advice on s future project and not at all pushy.
Having experienced our share of traders who have let us down one way or another, he really was a breath of fresh air. I would happily recommend 3T Gas maintenance and we will certainly use them again.
