Very efficient.
Answered phone straight away and dealt with queries I had about buying a music centre. Delivery by Royal Mail was as stated and on time. Well packed but not opened yet as it is for Christmas.

My wife is partially sighted.and couldn't see or work it because
Lack of sight so asked for a refund,was told that I would have to pay for delivery back.which we thought was cherlish never experienced this before think before you buy from them

We're so sorry you were unhappy and that the product purchased was not sutiable for your wife to use.
As part of our advertised return procedures we do make it very clear that we don't offer to cover the cost of a return of an unwanted item. We do of course offer free of charge returns for faulty items, which is different.
The reason we publish our full return procedures is that we do want all our customers to make an informed purchase decision and not to face any avoidable upset when we are unable to offer a free of charge unwanted return.
Hopefully you found that our customer care team were very polite and effective and that your refund was processed ASAP once the returned unit arrived back with us.
