Keen prices always make me nervous and on guard. I emailed 4Bathrooms to say I was concerned they did not have an 01 landline telephone and they immediately came back with it - 0121 526 5358. Rang their sales desk and spoke to very helpful person. Ordered a vanity unit. Then, incurring a double delivery charge, a RAK lavatory. The delivery packaging each time astonished me as they were crated! I have never seen such excellent packaging. We have yet to install both items (July 3rd is the start date) but we have inspected the goods and they seem fine. I would definitely recommend. I would definitely buy from 4Bathrooms again.

Good Quality, Value for Money, Good delivery

The shower door is just as I wanted.
However, the delivery service let me down.
Three attempts before it arrived as arranged.

The shower enclosure was similar to many other enclosures on the web but with 4bathrooms was considerably cheaper and had free delivery. The order was completed quickly and was delivered free of charge in two working days - impressive.
The enclosure is of good quality and I had no problem fitting it. The next time I need any bathroom fittings I will know where to look first.

The loo and washbasin are still in their boxes waiting for the installer to arrive on Friday. We were recommended to 4bathrooms by our son who recently purchased the same suite. His looks great and he is very pleased with it - so we are looking forward to a nice fresh bathroom. The driver who delivered the goods was very helpful, though we were surprised that he was alone - but with a trolley and the goods being packed onto a pallet the transfer from the lorry to our side gate was fine,.

I wanted to install a new shower door as we were having leaks from the shower curtain, ordered the door online got a very good price and an extra (unexpected) discount so good deal. installed in a couple of hours and looks good. It was rather over packaged i thought, coming on a pallet witha crate like arrangement to protect it which creates a bit of a waste disposal problem, but all sorted now. I would return here first for any future bathroom needs.

Would have given it 5 stars if the website had a collection in person other than that very pleased with ,bath,shower screen, and cupboards

My experience with 4bathrooms was positive. I phoned up to discuss delivery options before ordering and the lady I spoke to was helpful.
The shower screen was well-priced and good quality.
The only disappointment was delivery. Firstly it cost £25 which is excessive. Secondly, the shower screen came on an entire pallet which is totally unnecessary. I now have a pallet to dispose of, which is a bit of a pain... The delivery service itself was good, they called me to arrange a suitable delivery date and again to inform me of a delivery time on the day. It was just OTT in packaging.

We were looking for a bath, bathroom cupboard and sink and toilet. We found exactly what we needed on display in the Darleston showroom. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to give us all the information we needed. Delivery was prompt, all items safely delivered on the delivery date. This was definitely worth the trip from Solihull to Darleston, we would definitely recommend 4bathrooms.

A little sceptical about ordering goods unseen. However, I was very impressed with the quality and even more amazed about the fantastic price. This companies service was exceptional and the goods were supplied within 24 hours of placing the order. Highly recommended.

We asked for our pallet delivery to be on Friday 25th May as the house is rural and no-one living there (it is being renovated) I had a call from the delivery driver on Tuesday 21st May to say he was approx half an hour away and my delivery was next.
Obviously the ,lady I spoke to and asked for a Friday delivery didn't bother to sort it for me.
I live 60 miles away from the delivery address and it was lucky that the driver delivers to my neighbour who lives a mile away and asked him to take the delivery for me.
For this reason I will not order from this company again.
