Withdrawal still not approved after 6 weeks. Everytime other excuses from the helpdesk.

Absolute scam of a company. I have been trying to withdraw my winnings since December 2023!!

I hope they get shut down.

And don't even get me started on their pathetic 'customer service'.

Have been waiting 2 and a half years for a withdrawal of £1700. Like others, I had countless conversations with live chat as each time I submitted a withdrawal request they kept returning the money back and coming out with spurious excuses. Didn't think I would ever get paid. Following my most recent contact, I received an email from some "VIP" manager asking me to make a withdrawal to my bank card. I dismissed this as yet another stalling tactic but Incredibly I have now received the payment. Totally ridiculous that I had to wait that long of course, but perhaps some hope for others still waiting.

Waited 4 months for my withdrawal 4 months !! Finally recieved my money but advice most strongly stay Well clear of this web site.

i placed a withdrawal on the 5th of march of 1500 pounds and to this day i haven't received it (i'm on business day nr. 48 lol).
I keep sending emails to support, my vip account manager blocked me, live chat gives copy and paste answers and just lately i have a whatsapp number of a ''account manager'' wich gives out bonuses and stuff whom i asked about my withdrawal and i have first been told about ''staff shortage'' and lately about some ''international payment provider'' issues.
COMPLETE BULSHIT!!. i have played with them before and never had this issue.. maybe delays of like 2 days over the 7-21 business days but nothing more than that..
I SUGGEST YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO. games selection poor, withdrawals take really long and live chat is terrible.

Update number 1: on 15th of may they cancelled the payment saying that they have some issues with the international payment provider and requested me to withdraw via bank card or crypto so i did.
A few days later the person i'm speaking with via WhatsApp told me it has been aproved but it hasn't because their live chat said the opposite lol and i've tried texting him and he's not replying anymore.

update number 2 : they sent my money on the 6th of june. huraaaay after months of waiting and complaining and going back and forth. i have requested my account deletion and i never played there since

4crowns is a great casino site I've played here for many years. Never had any issues always get my withdrawals in a few days. Vip manager is the best always gives me a vip bonus on the daily. It's an all round good casino site and I've played on many.

They are absolutely appalling. I've had to run a claim through my bank twice to get money back they took and never credited. The volatility of the games is absolutely terrible. I've emailed them 3 times about it, they have credited some bonuses but the games do not behave the same as other sites. Don't spend money here you're wasting your time.

Made a withdrawal of £1900 on 22nd January and today marks 28 business days since even though you’re told 7-21 lol strange thing is I’ve made 2/3 withdrawals before and never had an issue but this time is a different story. Copy and paste messages of exactly the same thing no matter who you talk to. Can’t say I’m too optimistic that I’ll ever see the money but I guess we will wait and see.

Update: Business day 35 and still nothing has changed. Not very hopeful that I’ll ever see this money but will update if I do.

Update 2: 51 business days now since I made my withdrawal and still just getting copy and paste messages saying the finance team have a high volume of work and they also say they need to make sure it’s not a scam which actually tickled me as it seems like we are the ones getting scammed. Will update if anything changes.

Update 3: literally updated this 2 hours ago but after a lot of back and forth and contacting the VIP Manager today I finally have my winnings in my bank!!!!
All I know is I won’t be playing at this casino again!!

Won £1034, completed wagering etc. made a withdrawal on 19th Janauary and was told this will take 7-21 business days to process.

It’s now business day 23 and the customer service just give copy and paste answers, apologising and saying they will contact their ‘finance team’ and will update me. Same answer for 2 days.

I asked them bluntly will I ever receive my winnings or is this a scam casino. The customer service guy said yes we pay winnings.

I will update this post on progress and if I ever receive my winnings but I’m not hopeful.

Update: Business day 30 and still no money. Told them a few times just be honest am I getting the money and they either close down chat or bot answers. Interestingly one of their agents messed up and gave the login link to their chat bot which was funny. They use Zoho. Will post another update if I ever receive the money, but I think we all know how this will play out

Update 2. Been 2 months now. Chat doesn’t want to talk to me anymore. Just bot response and they close chat. DO NOT PLAY HERE! You will not get your winnings!!!

No, you will never receive any withdrawals.
I now have a private auditor looking into 4crowns operations, I don't care how much it costs me its the principle, not just for me but for all the people that they have stolen their winnings, it's theft.

i have been playing on this site for a while,back in September i made a withdrawal of £600 and it was paid within a week , after playing again this year i have made a withdrawal of £1000 and it is taking forever, CS say it has to be 21 working days , so i waited , today 21 working days is up and the withdrawal has been accepted , so lets see when i get my cash into my bank , i will update

Update - the withdrawal went to complete and the money was in my bank within 1 hour , its been a bit of a process and a lot of messages but after just over 1 month i do have my money. wont be playing here again though
