I have requested a withdrawal and is been over a month and a half and still don't have they money. Keep chasing daily and Noone is helping. The email on their site is incorrect and there is no reply from them whatsoever. Customer services after a point just leave the conversation with no reply at all.

Uses leaked e-mail lists (i.e. data breaches) to spam non-customers with advertisements. Up to 20(!) e-mails per day. The unsubscribing button doesn't actually do anything. The spam continues... Absolutely disgusting behavior and for as far I know also highly illegal.

Scam Websbite, been waiting 3 months and still no withdrawal. They just say the same things over and over to delay you

I made a withdrawal on the 26th May 2023 and was advised i they are programmed to say the same thing, please be patient. would take up to 21 working days to clear. I have still not received the funds into my bank account. Every time i go on live chat its as though they are programmed to say the same thing, be patient. I WOULD AVOID THAT SITE AT ALL COSTS. None of their email addresses work i keep getting them back from postmaster saying unable to sent ddress unknown

i did a withdrawal before 50 days and until now i have not received the money yet, every time i contacted the support , they have the same answer just waiting.

21/6/2022 AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY, I waited 2 months for a withdrawal of 1600, just kept getting told to be patient then they said I couldn’t have the money due to the terms and conditions and said they had put £200 back in my casino account but the rest had disappeared, still never received a penny so I cut my losses and closed my account

I’m still waiting for the withdrawal that I made last month I’ve sent numerous emails with no response every time I go on chat I just get told to be patient but I think I’ve been patient long enough. I still haven’t received my withdrawal. I will of course update if I do receive it.

1st june and still no refund and still getting told to be patient

Hmmmm joined today, left today. After signing up & then checking my details I found my DOB all wrong, it hadn't even asked for one. Imagine had I won big I'd never have got past the verification process, as I wouldn't be able to prove my DOB. Plus who tf charges €2 euros or pounds, for depositing??? Lucky escape.

Made a deposit didn’t show up in my balance went on live chat they said it was cancelled on my end, spoke to my bank they were waiting for the merchant to claim it went back and forth my bank then told me to void the payment I would need them on live chat to write the merchants name, time, date, amount and that they aren’t claiming the money apparently this was impossible for them to do on live chat as they kept just saying the same thing over and over and sometimes they’d just end the chat completely, went over to email and didn’t receive any response whatsoever whether I will get the deposit back I’m very much doubting, this is a SCAM site and should be avoided at all cost

You guys all need to use the right terms, and in no way shape or form is that ment in a disrespectful way. You need to mention the gambling ombudsman. They will have an obligation to sort it. I mentioned it as they held £30 pounds and said if I didn't have proof of deposit they couldn't do anything. As soon as I mentioned the gambling ombudsman they pushed it through. Now if enough of you guys who haven't been paid do it they will have no choice but to pay you. As far as I'm aware. My problem is you can't close your account. And they are trying to ignore me I will get it closed. Also I'm sorry for you gd people and not being paid but maybe mention that and if they don't respond, then actually get in touch with the ombudsman. It may help you

My advice ? Steer clear , i recently won 2750 and have waited the 21 days and NOTHING !! The support are a waste of space and just fob you off with copy and paste answers ,

Well here we are nearly 5 months later and STILL no sign of my winnings , I spent time speaking to there online chat and must have touched a nerve as my chat facility has been withdrawn . I then decided to spam there live tables with my win details and lack of pay out ...they removed my chat facility there as well .

I have Been waiting for a withdrawal of £2200 since 16th November 22. I have been on chat many times. I finally got through to be told I didn’t provide a IBAN/SWIFT Code. Which is nonsense, as you can not continue the page without it. Apparently they changed their terms and conditions.
So I started the process again.
Contacted numerous times, to be told to be patient. We are over the 21workimg days as stated in their terms. We are on about 31 working days. 3 months!!

You try call the contact number… doesn’t ring…
Email.. and you don’t get a response.

Use the online chat service.. get the same reply every time… use the words scam, scammers etc and get cut off the chat for ‘not responding in enough time’

The bank doesn’t want to know as it’s classed as gambling so can’t help. Not even with charge backs.

The deposits to the online account have also been going to different locations; I can recall 6 different deposit locations at least.

I have also requested for no more text messages or emails but they keep coming! Try to reply ‘STOP’ like the text says.. it doesn’t go through! I spoke to online support, they said move the emails to spam!

Roll forward to today. Iv had a fraudulent transaction go out my account for somewhere in Ukraine??!

Wish I knew how to close these down.
