I won £700+ on December 4 2021, and put more money into these scammers. I contact every single day, and it’s excuse after excuses,, and when you get angry they shut you off.. this is a family run business I think that has taken Millions from people and scammers who know what their doing… my regret is showing my passport and a utility Bill 😡😡

This casino should be banned from all advertising as they do not pay out withdrawals. Waited over 2 months now and still nothing. Stay away from it.

This is a really bad casino. It can take up to 27 business days to withdraw any winnings. Also the minimum amount is £200. You cannot withdraw any less which also makes it more difficult. The customer service or live chat is also very unhelpful. Avoid Avoid and Avoid. Oh and one last thing just in case I'm not clear enough for you... AVOID this casino!!!

I wish i had seen these reviews before joining this sight, i have been waiting since the 04/01/22 for my £200 to be paid out. Emailed the company 5 times and no reply and live chat is a waist of time. I was told that i was emailed with details on how long the wait is but i never received any email from this company.

I never like to write poor reviews. But stay away from this CASINO at all costs if you want a withdrawal to any value. I cant tell you how many times I have had issues, one withdrawal took more than 3 MONTHS to process. So many excuses, too many too mention, never them. I am currently trying to process a £2000 withdrawal, that has been canceled 3 times, each time it takes them 20+ days just to verify. The excuses are mad and don't bother with "CHAT" they always say "be patient" or " "its been processed" or "email". let me tell you, I have emailed my current situation 24 times over two weeks and not had a reply. I enjoy the games, like the site, but who cares when you don't get paid within 3 months and have to keep chasing so much.

Won 2500 and as all the other reviews have said I got the usual patter from them,be patient etc. it did take 3 months but I did get paid out eventually so they do pay out but just don’t expect anything over 1000 quickly

Hi there this fu...ing 4 crownscasino is scams but still you have a chance from your bank if you lost a lot money only contact your bank and told them is fraud and scams they may do something.
If you not contact your bank thye may have to scams your friend and family so we have to stop them

Been waiting two months for 1000 euro withdrawal like most postings on here very little support from them and excuses upon excuses. What I want to know whether there is a governing body to complain to. I would like to see them shut down and sister sites particularly if they are a rogue casino. 4 Crowns Casino is the lowest of grub scum there is. I made a withdrawal of $5k and was told it cud take upto 21days. After 21 days I was told it’s 21 business days then after that more excuses and always saying sorry it will be sorted very soon please be patient. 3 months now and the low dog maggots keep saying the same thing. Keep away from this den of dog thieves, they would steal every cent from their grandmas purse!!!!

I would give zero stars if possible. a total con. they allow you to use visa for deposits but only bank transfer(requiring iban number etc) then you never receive the withdrawal. the customer service is dreadful, you are told to be patient, it can take upto 21 days for the finance dept to check your withdrawal(utter garbage). if you play you will never get any of the winnings so beware people!!!!

Waiting for SIX months already for my withdrawal to be processed. Live chat keeps inventing excuses, promises a lot but actually does nothing besides from stalling. Fraud and scam are the only possible verdicts. Stay away from this one.
