This is the third time I've bought a phone from 4gadgets and it won't be last.
All 3 phones have done well and were in much better than expected condition.
Phones have always arrived next day and they don't charge you for postage. Great work 4gadgets I'll be back.

The phone arrived next day and was in excellent condition with a new charging cable and a sim pin. The process was painless and they did just “what they said on the tin”. If there was a raised eyebrow it was that the phone colour was different but I’m not bothered about that. It works perfectly “so far” so I have no issues whatsoever. Nice work.

This was my first purchase of a refurbished phone, previously I have bought new. I purchased a Samsung S23 Ultra which arrived on time. The condition was Excellent with no marks except a small scratch by the USB port.
The phone worked perfectly except the moisture error in USB kept coming up and it would only work with one lead and then only one way up and everything I read suggested a USB port hardware error. I returned the phone and it was replaced and it is currently working as it should. The returns communication could be improved.
I also traded in my old Samsung and the process worked really well and the communication was really good.
I would use the company again.

Upon receipt of a refurbished handset of Excellent grade that was bought from 4gadgets, I found out that it has wide scratches on the screen. I have contacted 4gadgets to inquire whether it is normal for this grade and they kindly agreed to exchange it. The process of communication and exchange was smooth and quick and I received another handset within another few days. 4gadgets has covered the expenses of the return. The team was supportive and collaborative.

I've bought 2 used/refurbished phones in the past 3 years from 4gadgets. The delivered phones are as described - "pristine" really look "as new" - and have proved totally reliable. Their customer service is also excellent - very responsive & helpful. And their promised 30 day no quibble return policy is exactly that - I returned a phone using their prepaid return label (before buying a different model) and they refunded in full within a few days.

I ordered an S23 Ultra in "excellent condition", but it arrived with a permanent circular mark on the screen, right where the fingerprint scanner is. It looks like the previous owner used a screen protector with a cut-out, and over time that area became worn. It’s very noticeable and definitely not consistent with an "excellent" grading.

There are also scratches around the frame (which I could overlook), but the screen issue makes the phone feel used and flawed, not refurbished to a high standard.

I’ve contacted 4gadgets through both their contact form and email, but so far, I haven’t received a response. I’m hoping they’ll resolve this quickly, as I’d really like to get this sorted.
