These catios are amazing . The wood is high quality and apart from lifting it ( it is very heavy ) it was super easy to put together . My little cats love it ❤️

Added extra furniture to my 4Wire catio via purchase from 4mypet of two ladders. My cats love their catio and the ladders are such a good idea. They are good quality and arrived quickly.

I was so impressed by the service i received .The Catio arrived and I was notified by the delivery driver and he was so professional he took great care of all of the panels and placed them in a safe place for me .The quality of the Catio was exceptional and my 2cats are having the time of their lives.

Perfect in every way! The Catio is excellent, the finish and build quality are exactly what we wanted. I put the unit together myself in no time at all. The delivery was easy and on time.

Great product great customer experience

Item took almost a month to arrive, arrived in poor condition and the communication is terrible, I've sent several emails and still haven't had a response back

What a superb company. They arranged and installed our new catio within a few weeks, with Chloe going above and beyond to ensure it fitted in with our difficult time constraints. The fitters were excellent, they were professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. The catio itself is perfect and I have 3 very happy cats! I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I ordered my catio on the 12/03 and I've just taken delivery today 22/03. So a really good turnaround seeing as I had a few additions to the spec.

The overall pre-delivery experience was very positive, and I had informative communication from Chloe regarding the progress and when it would be delivered. The day of delivery, Paul the delivery driver was very communicative regarding a timeslot, friendly and really helpful in carrying the pieces all the way down a long alley and into my garden. I couldn't be more satisfied with his delivery service.

The actual catio is very solid and well built and overall I'm very happy. Thanks.

4MyPet Excellent from start to finish!
I discussed my plan for a free standing custom made Cat Enclosure in detail with Chloe who was brilliant and was more than happy to answer all my questions and give me quotes for various ideas, no problem at all. Shaun and Neil turned up first thing on the day of delivery and were more than happy to accommodate my requirements and come up with ideas as well. Thank you. I'm really impressed and am looking into getting a tunnel too!

Ordered an aviary. Website says 3 weeks for delivery. I emailed after 3 weeks to ask how long it would take, no reply.
Telephoned and was told item had been made, waiting on delivery driver. Advised would be delivered following week. A week passed, no aviary.
I emailed again, no reply.
Sent a message on Facebook messenger on the 11th of August, got a reply on the 30th of August asking which site I'd ordered the aviary from. By this point the aviary had arrived (15th aug) I received an email the day before delivery saying item dispatched. No indication as to what day or time the item would be delivered.
I wouldn't of minded the item being late if I'd of been kept up to date with the progress of the order. I was left in limbo considering whether the site was a scam. Product looks great and the delivery driver was friendly. Just communicate with your customers properly. Email to say there is a delay in posting, reply to queries and let people know when to expect delivery!

Ordered a catio from this seller. Had no communication from them saying it was in production or anything so after two weeks I contacted support to be told it takes up to three weeks for it to be delivered.
I have now waited 4 weeks and still have not had any communication from them and nothing has arrived.
I can only recommend to avoid this seller based on my experience.

They have large number of sizes and configurations of catios and pet runs. We were thrilled when they said they'd ship to Scotland. Excellent customer service throughout the process, including approving line drawings of our catio before it was built. It was delivered a short time later, extremely well crated, and with no damage. The catio is very well made, quite sturdy, and looks very professional. Including electric screwdriver recharges (we recommend borrowing a second from a friend), it took 2 people with average DIY skills an afternoon to assemble. Everything, including screws, was included and with adding the small cat shelves pack and the rope bridge, there are tons of places for our cat to explore and sun himself in safety. All for a reasonable price! Very happy and would heartily recommend.
