The raw meat and fish I get from four paws is very good quality and value for money I wouldn’t feed my dogs anything else

First time ordering from 4PAWSRAW and they massively exceeded my expectations. Super speedy delivery which was hugely appreciated by me and my dog, Gizmo. You can tell from their website that they care hence why I ordered from them. And then when the items arrived it confirmed that they care deeply. Thanks Sam and John!

I highly recommend 4pawsraw for those who have pets who are on a raw diet. My ferrets are highly pleased and they a large range tho choose from at affordable prices. If you have any issues they are excellent at removing it quickly, I feel really bad for them as I have had zero issues with them personally but rather DPD who have delayed and withheld my parcels twice now with this company dispute 4pawsraw using large clear stickers which one of which appeared to be DPDs own stickers informing them that not only does it need to go out for delivery and when arriving must be handed to the customer or left on a dark shaded area. My first parcel was not only kept back but left at my front door in the sun without knocking or ringing the door bell. 4pawsraw were excellent at getting me a new parcel out imedatlynwhicj arrived the next day proving DPD was more than capable therefore causing this company to lose out on money and product

Brilliant shop, knowledgeable staff & owner, very helpful, great range of quality animal food & treats for my dog & an added bonus is that Sam clips dogs claws for free for customers & is very competent at doing so.

Can’t rate this business highly enough for supplying a great range of quality raw dog food. It’s packaged in a user friendly way that makes best use of my freezer space and makes it easy to dish out. It gives me peace of mind knowing that it’s human grade meat and not some dodgy backyard source. The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable too. My dogs love the treats and I’m happy knowing they’re getting the best and not UHP junk food. The salmon oil and ACV and other ‘accessories’ are all reasonably priced. I don’t need to shop anywhere else for these items so it’s a win-win for me.

We’ve been getting our fussy Rag Doll cat Wilbur his raw rabbit food from there since start of the year. Sam goes out of her way to select the reddest cubes, our cat’s preference! They have a huge range of food options … a visit there is an education! Arrives well packed & super quick. Wilbur and his human slaves highly recommend 4Paws!

The frozen raw food turned up cold, not frozen.
Emailed the company several time over the past 6 weeks but it's still not resolved. The majority of the food went to waste which was a shane as my very fussy dog enjoyed to couple of meals which were delivered as expected. I wouldn't buy from them again.

We was so fortunate to meet this amazing company at the dubbed out festival - we spent time with the owners who chatted and supplied us with some amazing advice without trying to sell us anything - what a great business and I was so impressed that once we are home we will be ordering our pug’s food from here along with the wonderful little healthy treats - thank you again for your help advice and support - not often as a nation we receive such amazing customer service but you excelled - thank you and I cannot recommend you guys enough x

after feeding my dog numerous products from elsewhere,i was told to try him on raw food.He has always suffered with a sensitive tummy,so i thought i would give it a go.The lady i dealt with,knew exactly what i was talking about and described my dogs stomach to a tee.she advised what to feed him,and happy days,he loves the food,it is not expensive and his tummy troubles are non existent.i am so happy and relieved with the outcome,and the very helpful advice i received.i have purchased for a few weeks now and cannot fault the food or the customer service.one happy owner,and one very happy,healthy dog.

I would call myself a regular customer but last order was absolute rubbish. Tripe chunks virtually went from bag to bin - dog wouldn’t touch it so after the 3rd bag I contacted them by email to be told that’s what fresh tripe was like, fat and slime which is the way I described it to them. They said it was all good which after putting so much into the bin I obviously disagree with. Annoyed with such a blase reply assuming I didn’t know what raw tripe was like - I’ve been feeding my dogs raw for decades so I think I know good from rubbish. I’d post images here but they won’t upload - there’s a shame. I’m sure I could post for people on other platforms of social media so they can see what they may be getting with this product. I think Facebook would be a good platform. After their reply on trustpilot I would add that yes I was a customer for 3 years and everything in my original review was accurate and true - maybe you should trust your longer standing customers and rectify problems when they arise.

Excellent selection of food and dog treats very welcoming staff and very helpful and good advice for your dog

We are always met with very friendly, kind and helpful staff. Our two dogs love all the natural treats and we have not yet found an 80-10-10 that they don’t like. Sam is a registered VN and incredibly knowledgeable - our eldest Olive has had problems with her anal glands since birth and Sam is always willing to express these as necessary which keeps away nasty infections. Our lovely vets always comment on how beautiful both girl’s coats are which we attribute to their high quality raw diet and natural treats.
We are so glad to have found top quality raw food at an affordable price with friendly staff too! If you are considering a raw diet for your dog then this is definitely the place to go for service, advice and quality produce.

Have been using 4PAWSRAW for approximately 3 months. The information and advice when I visited the shop was friendly and very helpful.
Setting up the subscription was all possible online.
My dog has taken really well to the food and is very settled with it. Delivery and packaging has always been spot on.
I recently messaged on Facebook with a question regarding my subscription date. I got a very prompt response and everything was sorted really quickly.
Would throughly recommend.

WOW my greyhound loves the powdered feed,have just fed her this for the first time and she has licked her bowl clean amazing

I ordered some sheep fat for my old boy. It came really quickly only trouble was it had leaked inside the plastic bag. I took some pictures and got in touch with the company. What fantastic customer service. No issue that they were sorry for this. Straight away offered to send a new bottle which i received the next day.
Good old fashioned customer service at it's finest.
Renewed my faith as recently a much larger retailer had me jumping through hoops when a similar thing happened and still refused to replace the damaged goods.
Well done a very high recommendation from me. Thank you for being fab.
