Process was easy and shipped quickly but be warned the engraving is far bigger than shown on pictures. Looks messy on the one side and personally I hate how big they made my phone number. Annoyed as purchased 3 tags and even the third one in a different style looks different to pictures but still the same awful big font. There’s no option to pick font size and if you’re going to advertise other tags with a smaller font, probably a good idea to make sure what you send is similar to pictures advertised.
Edit: customer service is good and return label sent but a visual representation of what a tag looks like with enlarged text would be beneficial for other buyers to see because it is so different from the small letters shown. Thank you

I ordered Brass engraved Dog Tags , they were dispatched as promised (slight delay from Royal Mail)
Product is very good quality and comes with extra rings & a small bag to keep the spare tags in.
Much better than previous tags from another company.

Very high quality tags and strong split ring. I changed what I wanted on the disc after I made the order, and they e mailed back immediately to make the amendment. Brilliant. And arrived very promptly as well.

I had a problem with my delivery. Definitely a post office issue. Joe at Premier tags resolved my issue very quickly. Response via e mail was immediate which is impressive. Nice comms and very polite. Buy with confidence, this company are run by decent, honest, and trustworthy people.

Great communication, prompt service and VERY nice quality tags you'd pay more than 5 times for at 'big pet stores'. Will definitely use again. The three for two deal at the time was excellent.

2 stars due to them trying to solve the problem but terrible quality tags. Ordered 2 tags initially and honestly they are lovely but they are rubbish. Within just over a week, one of the tags snapped off completely. I had a look at the other and it was snapped on one side. Emailed the company and explained that it might be a faulty batch. Within a day they had processed a new order and I received the replacements. Used them for the first time today and half an hour into our walk one of them snapped again. Not going to bother asking for another replacement because they are rubbish. Really such a shame because the genuinely look really nice ☹️

I needed tags urgently and this Company's website promises to deliver quickly.
Ordered a bulk of tags on Thursday, just after midnight. It is now Monday.
Company promises to send out same day if they are ordered before 13.00. I ordered at 00.10 and they were not sent out that day.
In fact, I have currently not received dispatch confirmation.
Company also promises to send out first class 1-3 days. So even if they had, with no dispatch confirmation, I should have had them by now.
Company also promises to reply to emails and messages within 24 hours, and claim that many are replied to well within that time.
I have sent several messages with no response at all.
Update.
Have finally received them, but they are not in the colour I ordered, and have the wrong house number on them, so are completely unusable.

I've used this company for quite a while. UK business, great price for reflective collars for a black cat who keeps losing his, order arrives quickly, positive communication.

Extremely poor service. Lack of communication. My order wasn't sent out the same day as they say.

I was sent 2 different coloured tags to what I ordered with no explanation as to why. They haven't answered my emails and so I've repeatedly had to chase them for answers. They were supposed to send out a returns envelope to me but 2 weeks later I still hadn't received it and chased them up again and was told it hadn't been posted. Not happy.

After only 5 months of wear the tag is useless as the writing has worn off and is unreadable due to the poor quality/shallow engraving.
I have never experienced this before from a tag. I now have to buy a new one...but not from this company!

Don't know what's happened with this company. Used them about a year ago with no issues but this time, the service is shocking. I received an email and in the preview before clicking, it said "unfortunately we..." but when I click the email it's just one big black box so can't see what it says! I've emailed twice to ask what the issue is as I'm picking my dog up Friday and was originally told on the site that the tag takes a couple of days to arrive but they aren't replying. Their site even says they reply to emails within 24hrs but its well over that! They've taken the money but I haven't received the product. Really bad service and would recommend looking elsewhere.
