Awful guitar setup
Took my good old PRS for a full setup. Picked it up. When I got home it was off...way off. Not only that. They actually left the truss rod adjuster exposed by not even screwing on the cover, never seen such a sloppy job in my life. I called them and spoke to the workshop and they asked me to bring it back between 10-15. Well I work! During the day too! But they said this was the only time to bring it in and it was excluding the weekend. Needless to say I couldn't get to it because had to travel etc and I was screwed. Paid 800+ for this garbage job and because I couldn't make the times they inconviently had... I'm stuck with needing another setup.

Brilliant - just needed a skin, but got a guided tour of the drum cellar !
Used 4 sound online and was satisfied with their service - but visiting the shop was just great... Real drummers, happy to advise, show and demo equipment. Good help, keep up the good work...

Real vs. virtual music
I've been dealing with 4-Sound, Aage Jensen, Super Sound etc. for more than 30 years because when I need to buy gear I first want to play it and talk to somebody who knows more about it than I do. That's rea,l and better than emptying your wallet on the web.

Why does 4Sound get so much flak??
There seems to be some negativity about 4Sound around but I have spent some serious money with them and never had a problem. The service was superb and the prices fair enough as there seems to be little difference if you use Germany or the UK. Part of the issue may be jealousy and they have nailed the market when things are tough. I am sure other customers have their opinions but to be completely honest I cannot find fault with thees guys. Every piece of advice I recieved was excellent. I soon realized that if you want quality you have to pay for it. However, these are musical instruments, not toys, and even after your purchase be prepared to work your ass off learning to play properly because it takes a long time and loads of focus.
