Echoing all the reviews below.. after many attempts to return my item the portal does not work and I have had no reply from customer services for over 2 weeks despite their email saying 3-5 working days.
I have also attempted to make contact through socials but that’s when i realised other people were experiencing the same problems as me.
It looks unlikely that i will ever be able to get a refund for the £130 worth of clothes which is super disappointing as I loved the brand.

Excellent quality product.
Saw two pairs of trousers on a shopping haul blog which looked lush so ordered them. I can say I was not disappointed. Quality of both pairs are excellent. Super happy with them, the service and promt delivery. I would recommend 4th & Reckless.

Have yet to receive my delivery
Update - unfortunately my order never arrived. The 4th and Reckless team were helpful at the point in which I needed a refund, however I feel the investigation should have been a lot quicker.
Have yet to receive my delivery despite selecting next day delivery a week ago. No reply from customer service via email and Instagram support said I need to contact Evri. Evri have no customer service and was told to speak with supplier so I’m going round in circles.

sketchy return policy ?
I’ve been trying to return my package for a moment. A month ago I got a respond from costumer service that the return page wasn’t working and that they were trying to fix it. I told them I payed with Klarna and that I got limited time to return my package. A month later it’s still not working and costumer service doesn’t respond to my email…. Never ordering again

For practically 4 weeks have no reply and no solution found!!!!!!!
Some items have a fabrication defect (holes on the stiches) some others are too big!!!!
I need to take my refund ASAP! And even without REBOUND (that isn't working), you are to respect the rulls of your refund policy indicated on your web site!
Without any reaction from your side, I will proceed with any legal mean in my disposal!!!!

Proof of return … no refund!!! Lost over £100 pounds
I’ve ordered from 4th & reckless for years.. but now.. never again! They had issues with rebound returns so followed instructions by their customer service to use the Royal Mail link. I have proof of postage .. proof that try return was delivered over 2 weeks ago. I have emailed them 6 times now .. still no reply. I’ve provided proof of return .. no reply.. no refund..!!!

Avoid this brand, return not found, no customer service
I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this brand unless you are not planning to return the item. The return portal is faulty and their customer service is non existent. I emailed many times, no reply. After reading the reviews from this portal, I finally found that you can return their items through Royal Mail - just google online you will find it. I still havent received my refund. Although the design is ambitious, the quality of the fabric is poor and the cutting of the ‘tailored’ trousers is out! I would avoid this brand.
