Well order was due to be delivered to me on 24/11/22 by Evri,but there was a delivery exception whatever that’s meant to be???
When you look @ Evri website says any deliveries will be next day!
Well the 25/11/22,26/11/22& 27/11/22 have been & gone still no idea where my order is!!!
Can’t get any reply from 4th&reckess either where my order is!!!!!
Not a happy customer all I want is my order which I placed & paid for!

worst customer service ever.
worst customer service ever.. it should take 3-6 working day and it has been 15 WORKING DAYS and my order hasn't arrived yet.. Besides that I'm sending emails and no one is answering me and they are deleting all comments from instagram regarding these matter

Do not order from this company. I have sent over 4 emails trying to sort out two returns parcels as their returns portal has been broken for god knows how long and they do not respond. I had to result in instagramming them which then lead to a response. I then sent back two items which I am still yet to receive a refund for, if ever. And the blazer I wore for the first time- two buttons fell off. Expensive items and poor quality with absolutely awful customer service/ communication. Do not order from here EVER

First time ordering with these guys
First time ordering with these guys - selected next day delivery. That was 6 days ago and I still haven’t received my parcel.
I contacted customer service after day 2. They replied letting me know that they were looking into it and they’ll come back to me asap - I chased again on day 5 and still no response. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again

Lovely clothes, not the best quality. I found the dresses to be too short for size M. Small upper body and curvy bottom. The models on their socials are tall skinny girls with suuuper long legs and I couldn’t relate at all. Dress would lift up while i was walking around the house trying it on..

Great quality, fit and style
I managed to get exactly the outfit that my daughter wanted for Christmas - a dark-coloured trouser suit with a waistcoat - which I couldn’t get anywhere else online or on the high street. The delivery speed was excellent. The items were carefully packaged and both look and feel great quality. They fit beautifully. Everything was exactly as I’d hoped for. I will definitely buy from this company again.

Customer care ignores my emails and so I can't return expensive item
I have been trying to return an expensive jacket for two months now. At first the support was very friendly and responded immediately. They et me know that there was a problem with returns and you would let me know when it was fixed. However, it has been two months and I still have not been able to return it. I have sent multiple emails asking for help but now the customer service does not even respond to my emails. This is incredibly unprofessional, rude and disappointing. A problem with returns is of course a possibility but the fact that the customer care is not even responding to my emails anymore, and therefore I cannot return an expensive item, is not acceptable.

I’ve emailed 3 times , over a week ago.
Bought 3 items and need to return a smaller size but the item number is saying wrong so I can’t get a return label.
Customer care just saying we will be in touch
1 week later still waiting to send back the trousers and I go away on Monday so very frustrating

I sent a message about returns over a week ago and have still heard nothing. I'm stuck unable to return an item because the system isn't recognising my order ID. Really unimpressed with service so far & hoping someone will contact me ASAP to fix this.

Worst experience with a company
I have been reaching out since September 24 2022 for a return due to a defective item and other items that don’t fit. I was told their return portal is down and will be fixed and they would extend my return date until then. Return portal has been down for 2 months now and no matter how much I reach out, customer service won’t respond. They don’t uphold their return policy and will dodge any real way of solving the issue. They are essentially stealing your money. Do not order from this company ever because they have poor quality products and a sketchy/ nonexistent return process.
