I have an issue with my Order and the company are non contactable.
I am desperate to speak with some and there is no telephone number to speak with anyone,I have logged a ticket and sent an email and it says the response time is 3-5 days which does not resolve the issue before the goods are posted.

Failure to supply goods for 3 weeks without refund
On 22 July I ordered AND PAID FOR 2 jumpsuits sizes 10 and 12. Still never received them. Order confirmation said they can take up to 3 days to arrive. When I contacted customer services (email is the only way, no phone number) after 7 days I got an automated response saying I would receive a reply within 3-5 days. I had to keep chasing. Eventually got a response to say they no longer had size 10 and refunded me the £60 for it. They said they would post out the size 12 again as a priority. That was 2 August. Still haven’t received it. I sent 2 further emails to complain and was told off for chasing
“Please avoid sending multiple emails, all this does is push your query right to the back of the queue”.
I STILL HAVEN'T HAD THE SECOND JUMPSUIT OR A REFUND FOR IT. So 4th and reckless have now had my £60 for over 3 weeks without supplying any goods. It’s bordering on criminal. It’s certainly reckless as per their name.
I don’t actually know what to do next…
FYI - my purchase was in the name of Jennie Harrison, my married name.

Great, but issues with returns
I have ordered several times from 4th & Reckless and I love the clothes. Also very prompt delivery.
The reason I give 3 stars only is related to the return process. 4 out of 5 times I have to contact customer service about my return, as it does not happen automatically. I once waited beyond a month.
I have given this feedback directly to customer service, but at the moment I am in the same situation again.
To be fair, when I do contact customer service the return is handled very quickly.
I would give 5 stars if this was fixed.

WORST COMPANY - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
The worst experience I've ever had ordering from a company online. I ordered a dress and top on the 14th of June, over 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received an order confirmation despite numerous follow ups. I've now asked for a refund which I've received no response to either - I see online that lot's of other people are having the same issue, I'm not sure how they are able to get away with this, they shouldn't be taking people's money if they cannot fulfill the order!

Helpful & prompt customer service when…
Helpful & prompt customer service when advised there was a missing item from one of my orders.
Only downside is that you have to pay for returns & I couldn't process returns from more than 1 order, so you pay £3.50 per return per order rather than being able to pack them together.

Awful
Awful service, I ordered on the 24th of May and contacted them twice regarding the status of my order since a FeDEX label had been created.
Was told the easy "we're having issues with FeDEX on European orders" and nothing more, when you can still order on their website which promises a 4 working days delivery WITH FEDEX.
No offering to refund the delivery costs which are crazy, and no further information on my order...
Run don't walk away from this company who offers so much to influencers and don't care about the clients that pay them.

Would not recommend. I placed an order on the 8th of June and have yet to receive my order or any sort of tracking. Ive emailed multiple times and it is impossible to speak with someone. I understand delay's but its advertised as 3-5 working days on your website. very frustrating!!

Katie was really helpful in sorting a refund quickly and efficiently.
I got in touch with them as their returns portal link wasn’t working for several days. Explained I needed to return the item and they advised how to post it back to them (I knew I had to cover return costs). They actually even followed this up with an email to ask if the return had been posted and to let them know when it was marked as delivered so they could process the refund. Can’t fault their help with the broken returns link and facilitating a return.

MAXI DRESS
Ordered a maxi dress, and it's the most perfect maxi dress I've ever had. The quality is exceptional and it's thick and heavy but not warm! Simply perfect. I'm 5ft and it actaully fits perfect doesn't trail on the ground, it sits about 1inch above my feet. I love it so much I ordered it in the other colour too ! Every woman needs these maxi dresses they're gorgeous! Also Kate was so lovely when responding to my emails. Thankyou 4th&Reckless ♥️

Impossible to return order
I have been trying to return my order for now over a week without any help. They are quicker to reply at these reviews then prioritising emails from customer who actually need support when their return portal "isn't working".
Their items are very expensive so when they don't fit right they should act as quickly as possible! Especially when my return window is closing.
Will never order again from them, terrible service overall.

Terrible customer service, took money and no order!
First time ordering from here, followed on Instagram for a while and liked their pieces so when their new ‘Beyond The City’ collection dropped I ordered two sweatshirts (24th May).
Received an email two days after ordering saying my order was about to ship so I kept updated on the tracking.
A few days later still no change with the tracking so I contacted customer service and got an email reply saying “As we launched the new collection we were also in the process of moving to a new warehouse, so a handful of parcels have been delayed and it seems your parcel is in that group. We have been informed all these parcels are being despatched today.”
We’re now on the 11th June, nearly 3 weeks after ordering and the tracking still says Evri are expecting the parcel - what a joke!
Have emailed twice now asking for an update and requesting to cancel the order/get a refund if it’s not going to be sent and I am yet to receive a reply.
Shocking customer service, shame as their Instagram and website look legit but it clearly doesn’t go any deeper than that!
Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be ordering from them again.

Incredibly disappointing
As an online retailer, I am astonished at how difficult you make it for a customer to return an item. The link to the returns portal is a dead one, the QR code on the packaging box also doesn’t work - Nobody responds via email or Instagram so I’m still unsure how am I meant to get a label & return my items. If I had known this, I wouldn’t have purchased. Terrible.

Delivery takes 2 weeks NOT 3-5 days
Bought the two piece trouser and top quality is nice and looks really pretty but the delivery was awful took 2 weeks to arrive but they said it was due to bank holiday but I had ordered it a whole week before the bank holidays and their delivery says 3-5 days so I’m not sure why it took 2 weeks.
