Ben and his team completed an excellent job on my bathroom, installed a shower and cubicle, new wall panels and flooring. All the staff were very polite also and trustworthy. Their work was to avery high standard.
An excellent experience with 4 gen plumbing. Ben was a man of his word starting on time also completed in the time stated.

Not impressed. Arranged an appointment to replace our shower. Took a day off work as the time slot booked was 12 till 4 pm. Didn't turn up. No phonecall, email or text to explain why. Appalling customer service. Won't be using or recommending this company in future.

Well what can we say ?
Ben visits with a an estimation, and would stick to the quote if it wasn’t for his demanding customer’s … US who changed much of the details as they were going along which they accommodated with ease and without any drama, Ben, Josh, Sam and Callum with their attention to detail and craftsmanship with us for 3 weeks moving pipe work and offering advise as they go along not to mention how they clean up every day .. they also bought in trusted 3 rd party workers for, building , electrics and tilling again superb in their own field of work.. whom we will also use again
we now have a stunning beautiful wet room that we love … thank you sooo much .. hope they will be happy for us to use them in the future and we can’t recommend enough.

I was impressed and delighted with the work 4th gen plumbing did recently for my Mum. I cannot fault anything.
From the first visit Ben was professional, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. All of his team were lovely and came when the said they would. They replaced a boiler and complely replaced the bathroom, including electrics, plumbing, tiling, ceiling replastered and flooring. They were very tidy and the job was very neat, it all look super.

The work on fitting our new bathroom started on the planned date. The whole job was done swiftly and methodically with no problems. The tilers did an excellent job, Ben obviously knew what he was doing on the plumbing and the whole job was done in the promised timescale. Thanks for a friendly and courteous service.

Still waiting for Ben to come and service my Boiler, tell you what Ben dont bother, he never bothered to trun up for his 9.00am appointment, you need to rename your company last gen plumbing because this truly will be the last generation of plumbing with your alwful unreliability. Telephoned him throughout the day just got his answering machine where I left messages, he never bothered to call me back so I telephoned another heating engineer who came and did the job. He said to strongly avoid 4th Gen Plumbing, which I sure will be doing. Too many trades are far too unreliable.

4th Gen Plumbing did a great job on our change from bathroom to shower room. Job well done. Professional team and friendly. Would recommend the company. Kept site clean.

4th gen plumbing was helpful and polite did a great job in fitting us with a new boiler and bath and tiling in the bathroom I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends and family and when we need to use a plumber again I will use them again in a instant

I was recommended 4th GEN Plumbing after having been let down badly by the engineer I was using in the middle of a job.
From the start 4th Gen were professional in their approach, communication, uniformed appearance and liveried vehicles. They gave me confidence in the fact that they could identify the problems and came up with solutions.
I had dealings with five members of the team and all of them were both professional and friendly.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company to anyone looking for a proficient heating plumbing bathroom company.

4th Gen have just completed a complete refurb of the ensuite which was destroyed by a leak. The end result is brilliant. Excellent standard of workmanship across all aspects of the job and at a good price. Can't recommend Ben and the team too highly.

Totally agree with all the previous reviews! Installed outside boiler, worked over entire CH and HW system, inc controls. Pleasant people, fast and efficient. Experienced and knowledgeable. Any problems found along the way were just dealt with.

Ben and his team are really professional, keeping us informed every step of the way. A superb finish and came up with ideas to make our tiny bathroom look as big as it possibly could be as we couldn’t really change the layout in any way due. There were no problems, just solutions to little hurdles…would definitely recommend. We will be using them again for sure.

Excellent as always. Sorted our odd boiler problem and fitted a new radiator for us.
Had previously used for a new bathroom/shower and will use again when needed.

We have used this company for several jobs, including installing a new boiler and completely re-vamping our en-suite bathroom. We found them to be very helpful, efficient and they worked to the agreed time scale.

Ben came to complete a oil boiler service whilst he was here he also completed an extra little job for me which was unplanned for. Was extremely helpful and reliable. Will be using again
