I looked on the website, found exactly what I was looking for. Ordered it and it came when they said it would. What more could I want. Frames are just what I wanted.

These frames are excellent value for money and speed of delivery and packing was exceptional.
If you're looking for a standard frame then there is absolutely nothing wrong with the budget frames that I purchased.

I haven't actually used the frames yet but they look good quality. Delivery was very prompt. I would recommend them to a friend.

Ordered in the afternoon and received the frames the next morning. Good value frames for the money.

I ordered 10 basic black picture frames, the cheapest I could find on the website. Delivery was extremely fast, the package arrived undamaged and the frames were well-protected, but when I unwrapped them every one was broken at one corner. Fortunately a dab of araldite fixed them up again, but shouldn't really have to resort to that. Even though these were cheap frames, better quality control is needed...

Superb supplier! Good product at a good price. The delivery was with me almost before I'd clicked the pay now button! It came on a next day delivery and sure enough, it did. Brilliant!

I ordered the frames and they came with next day delivery, which I was pleased about as I needed them urgently. Upon arrival two frames were slightly damaged. I've just accepted them as they are, but next time if I reorder I will return damaged frames.

I ordered some clip frames and they arrived 2 days later. Excellent quality and the cheapest around. Would def use again. Fab service.

I ordered 2 frames and they arrived 2 days later. Unfortunately one was slightly damaged in delivery (the packaging was damaged), I sent an email with photo and instantly a replacement was sent out.

I ordered frames and mounts from 4x90 from their website stating clearly that I needed them by a particular date. I have the following observations:
1) The website is poorly designed and difficult to use.
2) The mounts were supplied by Cotswold Mounts and the frames by 4x90 themselves. I was surprised that the order was split in this way because it was not stated clearly on the website.
3) Cotswold Mounts certainly got the message about the deadline (I know that because it was relayed back to me by them). 4x90 on the other hand claim to have no record of the deadline and cannot supply the frames in time which will have a direct negative impact on my business. No refund (either full or partial) has been offered.
4) I asked to speak to someone in management but nobody was available for two days. At the time of writing this review on the second day after my call, I have not had any contact from 4x90.

I regard this whole situation as unacceptably poor customer service and will think very hard before using this organisation again.

Goods- photoframes- were despatched quickly,excellently packed, and with an option of reporting any breakage if it occurred..

Time of delivery was sent via mobile phone, to within an hour, and came when o=predicted. An easy transaction for me.

Easy to order, amazingly quick delivery, product perfect. Definitely will use again.

My frame arrived on specified day and is excellent value for money
