I was blown away by the level of service at this art supplies store. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for my project, and the order arrived in perfect condition.

I highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service and ability to deliver complete orders.

Warehouse error meant only 1 of my 7 frames was shipped. I emailed at 16.30 to advise, reply came within 15 mins to apologise and to say they had managed to catch the next day courier. They arrived by 9.30am. Everyone makes mistakes, but only good companies deal with them as well as this. Will definitely be using again next time I need frames.

This is an excellent supplier. I had to contact them because I needed some custom sized frames and mounts. The guy who helped me, Luke, couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent value, excellent service. I will certainly use them again.

if I could leave zero stars I would the lack of customer service from this company is appauling I ordered 20 different frames and paid for next day delivery I called the same day to be told yes we have your order and yes these will be dispatched today for next day these then took 5 days to arrive I stayed in all the days as needed these for a wedding project.. I then called and spoke to the director who was so rude and blamed me for not being in didn't offer me any compensation STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TIME WASTERS AND FRAUDULANT they still advertise that they work in Malvern so I drove to the location and they aren't there

Ordered 2 frames. Paid for next day delivery, which didn't arrive, even though ordered in time for same day dispatch. (Received an email confirming same day dispatch. When it arrived it was clear from the courier company's details that it had in fact been shipped the following day) Tried emailing, but have not had response in over 2 weeks. They did email asking me to write a review, so, here it is. I would advise avoiding this company. I certainly wouldn't go near them again.

Have ordered from this company twice. Delivered to wrong address both times. Very sad product good, but let down by dispatch and shipping company. I am a commercial user and have not had this problem with any other suppliers before. Both times I have lost sales as a direct result of this. No offer to send out replacement order when ringing to find out that goods have been sent to an address 70 Miles away

Excellent frame good packaging and delivery, would definately give 5 star if all necessary things included in the option things like Perspex and backing board etc.

I cannot believe this company has the cheek to ask for a review. Ordered a frame about a month ago that was supposed to be next day delivery and did not arrive. After three days queried and was told it had been lost by the courier and a replacement would be sent that day. Then total silence for two weeks - no-one answering phones or emails. Like others here, I assumed the company had gone into administration and went elsewhere, though I did eventually get my money back. Now they send out a Trustpilot request without keeping my email private, which is a basic data protection requirement. Complete amateurs - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I paid for next day delivery but nothing turned up. I called and left messages and emailed but never received a response. I eventually reached the conclusion that the company had gone into administration.
I then went out and purchased alternative frames which cost me twice as much as I was now in a desperate hurry.
The frames finally arrived about 4 days later (clearly labelled as next day delivery). I again tried to call as I no longer required them but as expected, nobody answered the phone.
As a bare minimum, I would like a full refund.

Great personal service in manufacturing frames for me, two of which were not standard sizes

Quick efficient , omitted small item 2 phonecalls needed , 2 nd call prompt efficient service, but item measuring 3x3in arrived wrapped in double armspan width of cardboard
Which was ridiculous and difficult to dispose of.

Did not receive my order despite ordering two weeks ago and paying for next day delivery. l tried to phone the company only for the phone to continue to ring and sent emails with no response in return. Extremely disappointed.

Worst customer service ever. If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered my frame 3 weeks ago expecting next day delivery and still have not received it. After 10 days of waiting I called and emailed and got a 100% guarantee that it would be with me early the following week - it never arrived and now no one is answering the phone or my emails. Let’s hope they refund my money! Will never use this company ever again.

Brilliant quality, great value frames and fast delivery too. I'd have no hesitation in using again and would definitely recommend to friends and work colleagues
