I was really pleased with how quickly I received the three A2 frames I ordered. They were wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap. The frames were a nice quality. We were very disappointed that we had to go and purchase hanging hooks. Need a new delivery partner
Frames were fine, decent for the price and look nice. However the delivery was shocking - ukmail failed to deliver on 3 occasions, then finally just left the badly beat up box by the bins in the front garden. Amazing it wasn't stolen. Will avoid them in future unless they switch to someone else.

Long time delivery
I placed a big order and I received half within one to two days which is perfect but the remaining order came staggered into two more deliveries and it took more than a week to receive the entire order.
Also, customer services where not answering to all my emails which was unnerving.
Said that, I used them previously and I never had a problem. Maybe it was a once of!!

Customer service needs overhaul!
The picture frame ordered was perfect. HOWEVER the the order didn’t go to plan. Requested a Wednesday delivery from the offered dates and it was delivered on MONDAY; requested a different delivery address to the billing address which was confirmed on the email and then they delivered to the billing address after charging £5.95 . Now costing me further in time and fuel costs to take the frame to the recipient. I emailed them straight away to tell them what they had done and they’ve not had the decency to reply! VERY disappointed with their customer service!!

Very prompt service and convenient to be given a narrow time slot for delivery, rather than waiting indoors all day. Items came well packaged and I am generally happy with the quality. However, one of the frames was damaged (the aluminium frame was bent), although still usable. There was no damage to the packaging which suggests it did not occur during transit.

Poor experience
Very difficult website but I persevered and ordered two photo frames and made payment. Next day I received an email to let me know that the items were out of stock and my money would be refunded if I didn't want an alternative product. (I didn't ) No apology at any point. Won't be using them again.
