Sadly my order didn't arrive on time :(
I placed my order with plenty of time before the cut off for next day delivery. The next day, Friday, I received a text message to say the delivery had failed as noone was home. I requested delivery at my workplace, with additional details on how to access the building through the car park. There would have been approx 250 in the building on that day. I telephoned the office to ask for someone to investigate as the frames I ordered were for an event on the following Monday. I called twice to chase up on progress but no feedback was given to me after those calls on where the order was. The order has since been delivered, but far too late for the event they were needed for. So I now have a bunch of frames I no longer need and a rather large bill! Had the service to let me know the status of the delivery been better, I might have considered using again. As things stand, the lack of customer service would make me take my business somewhere else.
