They even commented on another review of mine and said ‘this matter had been resolved’ (it absolutely hasn’t) at this stage they’re just nicking peoples money. Lying crims.

Scam
Scam. Never sent my product, had to chase, then sent me a bogus jacket. Then chased about 50 times to get a refund and Stuart Pearce always said the same thing, ‘I’ll look into it’ or ‘let me check this for you’ always lies, false hopes and misleading. I have taken this further. Lack of professionalism and business isn’t for everyone. This has been going on since the beginning of November. Save your money

STAY AWAY SCAM!! They have not sent me my item or refunded me i ordered back in December 23. Giving an Evri tracking, spoke to Evri they never received this. i have escalated this further.

A thief and an unprofessional. All they care about is robbing people. He has been taunting me for 2 months about the things I bought (from 4 Jan. 2024) and never shipped or refunded me. We had constant communication and he teased me that he would send me the products I bought and a tracking number but neither of the 2 ever happened. I asked for a refund and again he continued to tease me until today. They are thieves. Stay away! They make fun and all they ask for is positive feedback. I will continue to write bad reviews on all the pages for these thieves until he refunds me. It is not a small family company as they say, but a big family of thieves.

I ordered some hoodies for my daughter as a Christmas present from this seller and I still haven't received them. They never provided any proof of postage. I've sent countless messages to the seller and the replies I receive say; they will be posting them soon or next week... Asos market place are now issuing me with a refund. Do not buy from this seller. Scam
