Excellent customer service and great communication.

I ordered some items on 3/12/2023, received a shipping email and money was taken from my account. It's now been 2 months, haven't received my items after multiple messages where the responses were telling me to wait or just ignoring my messages completely. I was advised they had been resent and still received nothing. Asked for a refund and was told to contact them if I didn't receive an email confirming the refund. Never received and email and was then told to wait the 5-10 working day time slot. I still haven't received my refund.

Do better.

Ordered in December with delivery time before Christmas. It is now February and no sign of product or refund. They pretend to have good communication but email you strange responses and sometimes repeat responses. I have learnt to check reviews before purchasing and I hope nobody else is scammed the same as me. I will be reporting to trading standards

FRAUDSTERS!! I ordered a jacket for my nephew which never arrived. They’re quick to respond but didn’t send their items. They messaged saying they will send again and to leave a review but it was never recieved. I asked for a refund twice and they said they sent it but it was never recieved. Do not buy from them. They’re frauds!

I have not received item or tracking info despite item being due yesterday

I haven’t got my order when it said 3-5 working days. It’s been 3 weeks.

Ordered 2 things. Requested cancellation & refund on one since it was the wrong size. Kept saying I’d get the refund for that and never did and ended up having to get my refund through my credit card company.

Second item they said they shipped/resent 3 different times after asking several times over the span of 3 months, which of course never showed up. Asked for refund since it was taking too long and they said since they had “resent” my item that I couldn’t get a refund until I returned it, which shockingly hasn’t and probably would never arrive so I would never be able to return it. Luckily got my refund through PayPal.

Save yourself that hassle and time and order from somewhere else with better credibility. It’s just them taking peoples money and hoping people forget about their order and don’t follow through on their word on orders or refunds. Also they don’t do proof of postage which should’ve been a big red flag to me from the get go. If for some reason you do order from them, make sure you have your credit card company or PayPal on speed dial.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This company is a huge Scam! I have reported them to ASOS Market Place and hope they do something. I orded 2 items for my partner back in November, I messaged the company 2 weeks after they hadn't arrived. I have been promised they are on there way, and 2 months later no items. I have now asked for a refund and no sign of that either. DO NOT USE!

Ordered a coat for my son for Christmas which he had chosen which has never turned up. Emailed them and got the apologies and we will look into it so I thought great customer service. Now on message number 10 .. still no coat, so I asked for a refund which I have not received. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Zero Stars!! Made an order with them through asos market place on the 4th December, was told my item would arrive in 3-5 business days. When it didn't arrive within stated timescale I contacted them on 3 separate occasions only to be told that they promise it would be with me by the weekend, well 3 weekends later and its a no show!! This was supposed to be a Christmas present but that's gone out the window now as Christmas is tomorrow, I asked for a refund 3 days ago but that's yet to arrive, they took my money instantly but don't appear to be wanting to refund me, this company is run by scammers please dont fall into their trap like I did, I'm now out of pocket with a Christmas present to have to source elsewhere at this time of year im so upset.
UPDATE: Well I finally got my refund on 08/01/24 more than a month later but only after I escalated my problem to ASOS marketplace. DO NOT USE THEM

Excellent customer service as I emailed them about my order and they replied in the shortest amount of time and my order is getting sorted out very quickly. Fantastic experience with this 54 floral clothing brand.

Please avoid this company if you have any expectation of honest trade or ever receiving the item you have spent your money on. Instead you will be passed on, ignored or outright lied to. They will hid behind the fact they are a “small family run business”, I doubt this highly. Far more likely this is a low level scam. Any decent reviews are likely unsuspecting customers expecting to receive a free item in return for a decent review. Shambolic, hope ASOS sort this mess out.

Ordered on the 1st December and received an email that the item had been shipped on the 3rd December. After 5 days I sent them a message on asos marketplace asking where was and could I get tracking. Many times the replied saying they would send the tracking but never did. After 19 days I finally received tracking that said evri was expecting it (only on that day not on the 3rd like I was told) they said I need to take it up with Evri even though it has been their fault for not sending it. They have lied multiple times about tracking etc. I requested a refund a few days ago and haven’t received one, they decided then to send the other after the refund had been requested. The other is yet to arrive 19 days later and I don’t know if it ever will!

It is now the 27th December and I still have yet to receive a parcel or a refund. They told me I could keep the item and also send a refund on the 19th December. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Such a bad experience they lie to you and tell you that your order is on its way. Waited almost a month! Nothing came, I started chasing them up then they tried to lie and say sorry order got misplaced. How was it misplaced without any tracking number or anything. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM. LUCKILY I GOT MY REFUND BUT IT WAS SUCH A HUSSLE TO GET IT! WILL CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING AGAIN FROM ANYWHERE. REALLY DISAPPOINTING SELLER —— PLEASE AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM 💯

So my first review was very negative as customer service was rubbish and I was left waiting and wondering what and where was my parcel. Well I received my goods last week, only took 4 weeks but I did receive it. Overall I don’t think I would use this company again which is a shame as they have some good products.

Literally a nightmare, no tracking provided, ignoring messages, saying the item was shipped but never arrived. Going straight to asos and my bank for a refund. DO NOT ORDER, SCAM COMPANY
