Amazing customer service! Messaged seller asking some questions about sizing, reply was basically instant and very helpful and friendly. Reassured me they would get my parcel sent ASAP. Will definitely be purchasing from 54floral again, small family business doing great things!

Awful service throughout the entire process. Took a month for my jacket to arrive which ended up being the wrong jacket and size. Had to pay for return postage myself and I still haven't received a refund another month later. Abysmal

Would give it 0 stars if I could. My order didn’t turn up when it was supposed to do I contacted them and they had to send it again (I think they forgot). They also asked me to leave a positive review (WHEN I DIDNT EVEN HAVE MY ORDER) and they would send me an extra ‘gift’…When my order finally arrived after 17 days, it was the wrong coat! I contacted them & they just sent me a copy & paste of the refunds policy & a link to this review. Haven’t bothered with the refund as I know they will not send me my money. Avoid at all costs.

Appalling service.. my order did not arrive.. waited 3 weeks for my order but kept promising me that it will be this week, will chase up blah blah.. eventually got refunded after 3 weeks of chasing.

I messaged this company about details of the expected delivery time. They massaged back promptly and courteously.

Absolutely scammers no order or refund after six weeks AVOID

54 Floral have gone above and beyond and have exceeded my expectations. I emailed them to find out when I would receive my parcel and they answered promptly and honestly. Great customer service!

Order still not came after 2 weeks despite UK based filed up and they say they'll look into it but don't look into it

I advise to not ever buy from this company. Ordered a jacket 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. When I ask, they provided me with a tracking number which doesn’t say anything and lied about posting it. The jacket was never sent in the first place. They hide behind ‘being a small family business’ as an excuse for nonsense service. I don’t recommend. Useless company and based off their other reviews I am not the only one with this problem

The company has been so helpful in processing my order and following up on my questions.

Ordered a single earring worth £6. Package arrived but empty. Contacted them and they said it must have been stolen. They did send another one but was silver and not black as ordered. I requested a return, they sent the instructions and I posted as asked and sent proof of posting (23 Sept). As of last week they are still saying it hasn't arrived. Feels like a scam organisation.

Update - was informed on the 22nd Nov my refund was being processed and would take 5-10 working days. It has now been 12 working days and still no refund.

Update - 28th Dec - still waiting on my refund, so clearly when they say it is 'being processed' it is a lie as it has been a month and still waiting!!! I asked for an update and no response from them.

Fantastic customer service cannot fault anything

The order took longer than expected to arrive and the seller did not make it clear they were only selling one earring not a pair which is disappointing.

Items ordered 06/10/23. Not received by delivery date. Chased retailer for update and they said they would send again. Second package did not arrive so chased again and asked for the address they have been sending to. They did not answer this question but hey sent a third package which did not arrive.
By now 54 Floral must have been well and truly out of pocket on my orders.
Finally got them to agree to a refund and as a gesture of goodwill they said I could keep the goods when they arrive...but they have still not arrived.
It is now 08/11/23 and at least my refund has been received.
Painful experience.

In response to my factual explanation of my experience, I have been asked for additional information by 54 floral and now notice I am not the only one to experience such poor service.
My experience with this retailer has been truly upsetting and I am insulted to have been asked for my email again - I have provided this previously.
I have been out of pocket for a month. The garments were intended as a gift and I have been embarrassed to miss the birthday, thinking the goods were on their way each time. Sorry for gong on but in the end, I had to source the goods from elsewhere (more expensive).
The final email from 54 floral was that they would provide a refund (which they did) and as a gesture of goodwill I could keep the goods when they arrive - they have not arrived (so much for their goodwill).
A truly upsetting experience.

Further update. Despite providing order number and email address in response to 54 Floral comments to my review, I have had no further feedback. And the garments that they said I could keep as a gesture of goodwill have still not arrived.
I wish I had not bothered to use this retailer. Please be guided by my experiences here.

I ordered two jumpers, asked for tracking multiple times and was fobbed off with ‘let me pass this on’ ‘I’ll get back to you with tracking by 6pm’ or just simply ignoring my questions.
Scam company, I have requested a refund and if I do not receive it promptly will be taking this scamming issue to ASOS to get them removed.

UPDATE 10/11/23
They said they’ll refund and I’ll get an email within 48 hours and this hasn’t come. They’ve asked trustpilot for my order number which I’ve supplied in an attempt to have my honest review taken down. I’m response to their reply to this, the only person hurting their business is themselves by ignoring questions, misleading and not fulfilling orders. Please refund me now.
