I like the clothes when I received them. Nice quality and good thickness. Delivery took a while but it was rectified and put right fairly quickly.

Customer service was well, answered all the questions I had.

Although I am unfortunately in the process of returning my items the customer service has 10 out of 10

Service has been very fast to respond and helpful.

Great customer service I withdrew my statement I made before out of anger the issue is resolved this is a small business from home I kinda understand if things go wrong they got back to me and provided a refund
I think give them time to reply and work around with them they will either provide a refund or try re send the order but yeah genuine honest business with my issue resolved very happy hope things go well I will definitely be trying to order again in the future thanks for the help as well

Absolute scam website !
3 weeks for delivery that had to chase no end of times. The item sent was not what was ordered. Nothing like it at all. Absolutely no comparison.

If I could give no stars I would … ordered through asos marketplace on 12th October . I’ve asked 3 times where my order is , each time they say I’ll get back to you tomorrow or let me pass you on . But I never get a response , I’ve requested a refund but am still waiting .

Honestly , I would take your money elsewhere .

You lot are bunch of t...ts. Scamming and taking money from innocent people. You all should be ashamed of yourselves, money doesn't give you long life and won't make you immortal. I have raised with my bank and hopefully get my money back from these scumbags.

Customer service was great locating my missing order I contacted them and was effective and replies just waiting for my order now but Customer services are great

Awful service.
I made a purchase on Thursday 12th Oct through ASOS marketplace and paid extra for express delivery, which states 3 days delivery. after multiple messages to them asking for the tracking details (I needed the item for Saturday 21st)
Received a reply each time saying, "I'll pass this on"
only to message them AGAIN today (Thurs 19th), with a complaint, that they replied
"Sorry, I was off yesterday, code via EVRI xxx)
I checked this and it hadn't even been picked up by them, so it had obviously only been raised today, a full week after the original purchase.
Now they are just going to issue a refund, absolutely joke of a company. my order number is 231012A0138597510 as i know you ask people that here.
and I've also got screen shots of everything in case you try and deny it like previous reviews.
Completely put me off ordering from ASOS Marketplace, i like to try and buy from small independents, but this again has muddied the water.

I found the service and follow up to queries excellent. They have a great range of clothing at competitive prices and a number of very good offers.

Although I received the wrong item the company sorted this quickly and I am happy with the service received

I ordered a ring in July and still haven't received it. I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order and was told it'd be "looked into" and have gotten no updates since.

Order processed and despatched within 2 days. A week later I still hadn't received it. Sent an email to customer service querying the delivery and received it within 2 days. Happy customer :-) Thank you.

Given the run around for a month, avoid this company, prices are good but the companies a joke, I urge you to spend a little more & go elsewhere

This company like to just take your money. when you cancel an order after 1 hour of ordering and send you a email telling you the refund is in process but they take your money still and don't give a dam. This company shouldn't be allowed to sell if this is what they do with customers.

Arrived 10 days late, item is fake and looks nothing like the photos, feels very cheap and lightweight and nothing as described.
