I have shopped on this store for many years now and am a returning customer. I’ve had hoodies, joggers, t shirts and in one of my orders some rings were sent as a gift. Never had any issues at all and always been great quality hence being a returning customer. I’m unsure why there are so many fake reviews on here as some are for products they don’t even sell. Some of the best customer service out there.

This company is BS and fake. They just take peoples money and don’t give you nothing. Don’t even bother chatting s**t about this comment either saying it’s fake or whatever you lot write and I ain’t removing nothing!

I was really excited that I had received my item . Sadly it was the wrong item but their customer service is really helpful and nice. Hopefully I will get my new item super fast and it will be correct

I saw an onyx ring for sale on ASOS Marketplace sold by 54Floral, which was priced at £8 (discounted from £20). However when I put this into my cart it shown as £20 in checkout. I went direct to 54floral site and asked them what the issue was, and they advised me to go ahead with the order and they would then refund me the difference. So, I placed the order, confirmed with them and they advised the refund would be sent. Fast forward two weeks and I have now received post from them, however they have sent me TWO necklaces and no ring. I am still also waiting for my refund after chasing this 3 times. Every time they email me back with nonsense that never comes true, they plead with me to leave a review. So, here's the review. Probably not what they wanted but I can't give them any more than 1 star. I will be filing a visa dispute to get my money back because there's no faith whatsoever in them sorting this palaver. Wish I'd come here first to read the reviews before ordering, lesson learned.

Ordered through Asos Marketplace back in May, never received my order, messaged the company & was just a constant back & forth with no resolution. They told me to check my email….for what i have no clue.
Never received said email, i asked for a refund & have still not received it from 31st July. I honestly dont know how this company is still trading, im clearly not the only one this has happened to.
I will be reporting you to Trading Standards.

Like lots of other people on here, I have had (and am continuing to have) a terrible time with this company. I ordered 2 bags in June which never arrived. They insisted that they had been posted and claimed to have sent me the proof of postage but never received it despite asking several times. I insisted they gave me a refund many times, and after threatening to report them they agreed. I'm still waiting for the refund 2 months later with multiple promts from me to get it paid back to me. The latest message I received said they had send proof of payment to my email address, no surprises I haven't received it. Avoid this company, I can't believe Asos let them trade on their website.

Beware everyone, never ever buy from this company, they will keep your money, waste your time and send fake tracking information but still don’t send your item or refund, do not trust the 5 star reviewers because you will get scammed

Ordered something and received the wrong item. Requested a refund and received this 3 weeks later after begging for it. I also reordered the item in this time as it was a gift and I needed it asap, how ever they never sent this. They told me they were tracking it but never gave me a tracking number when I requested one. I messaged them every couple of days for over a month and just received ‘ we will pass this on’. I ordered this on 18th of June and still now have not received this on 5th of august.

I ordered in the 13th July it is now the 5th August and I haven’t received my package but within that time the company has sent me two sorry gifts that were both fake jewellery, I don’t believe I’ll be receiving my package and it was a birthday present that didn’t get given

Was asked to leave a good review by this company in return for the promise of a free gift - feels like a way to buy good reviews. Unfortunately I didn't see the other reviews before placing my order, but have had the same experience as many others here leading me to believe this probably is at worst a scam, or at best a very badly organised vendor. I placed an order and after it wasn't received for two weeks started asking questions. They stalled for another week in providing me tracking information (clearly just hadn't posted it). Finally provided tracking which then wasn't updated by EVRI for a few days - confirming my suspicion that they just hadn't posted it before. My item did finally arrive (a full 20 days since order) but it was not the item in the picture that I ordered. Feels like a cheap semi-look a like that they have found elsewhere to try and fob me off. Now in the process of trying to get a refund but I am not hopeful given the empty promises of email updates I have received so far. Save yourself a lot of bother and do not order through here.

Unfortunately, we can't give it less than one star... First of all, they're simply scammers. I placed my order on 27 May. I had a bad feeling, but I thought they wouldn't dare rip me off for £20... I was wrong. Too naive, I wasted weeks asking them for information about my order which they were obviously unable to give. After a while, I realised I'd never get my order so I asked for my money back. Strangely enough, they accepted quite quickly... only to rip me off even more. In fact, they dared to ask me for my bank details to supposedly make the refund. In short, don't lose your money and report them as much as possible to prevent other people from being scammed.

Edit: I'm adding a star, because they finally refunded my money (after two months).

Buyers beware - really wish I’d checked the reviews here before making a purchase. Paid £9.99 for delivery on an item costing £12.99 which still has not arrived and there is no tracking ability. Currently trying to resolve with ASOS Marketplace, can not believe they’re an approved retailer - complete lack of professionalism within email correspondence.

Update - refund received, happy to adjust rating slightly to 2 stars but would still not recommend based on exorbitant postage costs with no tracking? Seems a common thread within reviews

Ordered a black tote bag and unfortunately received a green one. Contacted customer service and was immediately sent another (black) bag free of charge.

Please do not order anything from 54 Floral Clothing or Asos, I have just had months of messaging with the company as I had to chase my deliveries and when finally received, the items were not ehat I ordered. They said they would refund and for me to return items, which I did at a cost of £3.49. I then kept getting fobbed off with message replies of, they would look into it, then nothing. I had to do a PayPal dispute for my 2 orders totalling £35.99 and they told me and paypal they would refund on receipt of items returned. I had already returned items which they had already acknowledged receipt of them to me. No refund came and had to escalate with PayPal, had to send copies of all messages and proof of postage. PayPal finally sorted in my favour. I got cist of items but lost £3.49 postage.shoddy, scamming company, DON'T BUY FROM 54 FLORAL CLOTHING. I don't even think I would purchase anything via ASOS either.
My reply: My issue has been solved by PayPal, if you read the review you would know that. And there is nothing slanderous or illegal in this review, it's the truth!!!!

Do not order from here! I’m convinced this is a scam.

I ordered a hold-all for my wife’s birthday. Waited 3/4weeks and hadn’t heard anything. Asked for a refund and we’re now nearly 4 weeks in and I still haven’t received anything. Literally getting the same messages back (not sure if they’re automated or not) about “will check with the back” “will look into this urgently” and then I don’t hear anything again until I email and get the same reply like it’s just on a cycle.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!
