Scammers. They send faulty products and refuse to refund

Do not order from this company. Ordered over a month ago and paid for fast delivery. I requested a refund after they told me there was no tracking number even though I paid for this. I am still waiting for my refund apparently they are waiting for PayPal to release the funds, I did not pay via this merchant. I have sent numerous messages to them and they still make excuses. They even had the cheek to ask me to leave a good review. Shocking company!

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE. Placed order on 24th May for holdall, nothing received after a week, sent email and was advised it would be with me in next few day. Nothing received so asked for refund, was advised would process refund and also send item free of charge. and lo and behold no refund, week later nothing received sent email and was advised refund in process, they also asked if i would leave them a good review they would send me a free gift, Ha Ha (quote)..STILL NOT RECEIVED REFUND OR ANY ITEM.. this company is an absolute joke, a bunch of robbing dogs, if you buy anything from them expect to lose your money, you'd get more enjoyment throwing your money down the drain, l would advise not to deal with 54 FLORAL either directly or indirectly, just a bunch of CON ARTISTS..... STEER CLEAR....pps, they say in their reply below that they have resolved the matter, that is totally wrong, if they had refunded me i wouldn't be writing such a review. Shameful

Items bought where amazing and such good quality, order arrived earlier than expected to which is a bonus. Such an easy process from start to finish, would definitely recommend and will be purchasing more in future.

Absolute scam of a company read reviews before going anywhere near!!

As many others have reviewed, this store takes your money without sending items, makes bogus claims about delivery yet fails to provide any tracking information even after the overpriced delivery charge, they will then say a refund is issued and this won’t appear either!!
Avoid at all costs
As a follow up they reply asking not to use slanderous language (truth hurts) and pretend not to know about anything! All 5* reviews must be bogus. I have gone on to report this company to trading standards for continued lies to me about my refund and to stop people being scammed like myself and the many others on here have been

As others have said really bad company to deal with (wish I had read other reviews before I bought from here). Finally got my refund after my parcel going missing … then when I finally got my item it was the wrong size. Thankfully purchased from ASOS marketplace so they had to chase in the end to ensure my refund was sent, which I am happy to say I have received. But won’t be buying from here again.

Do not order from this company. Placed an order on 8th of May and paid £4.99 for shipping. Still haven't received the order despite numerous messages to the company. Requested a refund over a week ago which I am still waiting for. Clearly a scam company and ASOS don't seem to care that their customers are being scammed.

Placed an order with these thieves 4th march they trade on ASOS marketplace order never arrived. Weeks of messages back and forth they finally agreed to refund me 24th April. From my own experience with them & the response to other feedback on here I can see they use delaying tactics to state the refund has been processed wait 10 days bla bla. All lies they have been staying this type of thing to me since the 24th of April. Wish I had of checked them out first on here. I stupidly believeed that ASOS would not affiliate themselves with rogue traders but was wrong. Shame on you ASOS marketplace you have been no help either. Que the fake response from 54 floral il now receive on here don't believe the lies!!!!

THE WORST COMPANY AND SCAMMERS!!!!!. I ordered a gym bag around 2 weeks ago and it was not delivered, I followed up with them and they promised to issue a refund and ship out a new bag. I still have not received my refund a week after they promised and still have not received the bag!!! They are terrible with their replies and always say they are checking up with the courier with NO updates. DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM. I now have to request a refund from my bank, but I will be flagging this company up with my bank because I have had ENOUGH of waiting for what I have purchased.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I placed an order on the 21st of March, been chasing it ever since. Still haven't had it after promises from the company saying they will resend plus the refund and free gifts. It is now May the 8th!! I have been trying to contact them with is really difficult only can message them and I have the same message saying: let me see where the item is and I will get back to you. Then NOTHING. You took my money quick enough SCAM!! ASOS SHOULD BE ASHAMED HAVING THIS COMPANY ACCOSIATED WITH THEIR NAME!! Shocking!!

I waited more than a week for my item and then afterwards contacted them only to find out they HADN’T EVEN SHIPPED my item .

I then asked for FOUR DAYS . FOUR DAYS! To try and get tracking information to which each day I got the response “we will send it to the provide email today”

ITS BEEN 5 DAYS AND EACH DAY THEY GIVE THEN SAME RESPONSE.

Please please please believe me when I say this is a scam they probably only send out a few item and probably think you won’t follow up or push them for a refund.

READ THE BAD REVIEWS THEY’RE ALL THE SAME . THEY DON’T SEND THE ITEM THEY DON’T COMMUNICATE. THEY DONT CARE IVE GOT ALL THE PROOF. If anyone want me to provide personal proof of the messages and the scam.

Now they’ve gone one step further they decided because of my review to try and attempt to provide a tracking number on here yet at NO POINT did the ever provide the tracking number before. They said they shipped my item on the 24th of April yet the tracking say the courier is STILL WAITING to receive my parcel.

They clearly are operating a very clever scam in which they try at all costs to not give their customer their item. But I am determined no matter how many reviews I have to write to expose 54FLORAL.

The tracking number they provided can be checked by all of you and you’ll see they haven’t actually given my item for delivery as the courier is still waiting to receive my item yet it’s been two weeks .

It’s a total scam they only started replying once I requested a refund and started writing reviews . Bank holiday ? I ordered on the 24/4/23 why would a bank holiday affect 2 WEEKS of communication and only providing the Tracking on TrustPilot comments but have stopped replying or responding privately

Love Floral54. Been a customer for over 5 years and they're my go to for mens fashion. They've grown over the years with the demand, yet still deliver quality. Highly recommend

I am a returning customer and have used this brand for years now.
Clothes have all been great quality and have lasted. Excellent customer service. Only ever experienced slight delivery delays that are out of 54 florals control. Have always had great experiences with the company and will remain a repeat customer

Great brand, great communication and quality. Would definitely recommend.

Never really leave reviews but after another happy purchase and excellent customer support about sizing of my puffa jacket before my decision was made, I felt it was deserving of some positive feedback.

This is the worst company I have ever purchased from. They steal your money and say your order has been shipped and provide no tracking information. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!
