ordered a jacket in December 2022 was waiting a couple of weeks, at first I thought it could’ve been due to Christmas and courier companies struggling. Then later on in jan it still didn’t arrive so i messaged Mr Pearce on asos marketplace and ever since then just been giving me excuse after excuse I even ordered the same jacket thinking the first one could have been lost in transit (this was a suggestion by Mr Pearce - Director of company) so even to this day he is still coming up with excuses it’s pretty embarrassing. Still nowhere near a refund it seems I’m around £90 down due to this.

Customer experience is very good and give quick responses.

I have previously ordered items from 54floral, and the quality of clothing is amazing.

Have placed further orders too. And will be doing more in the future

After months of waiting for my item, they sent the incorrect item which looked nothing like what I ordered and was about 2 sizes too small, of which I had to pay for return postage, they said they’ll refund me, but over a month later still no refund, and no response to my questions about where my refund is, so in total I’ve been robbed of £40 odd… please do not use these scammers.. I dunno how these ppl can sleep at night messing ppl around and robbing customers

Had a small issue when ordering on asos marketplace from this seller, but their response has been awful.

I ordered the M as I was instructed to, and assured that an XL would be sent, this has not happened and after getting the run around for over a month with them even generating a new tracking link to send a replacement- they have never given it to the courier and have stopped responding to emails.

Absolutely no excuse either as the listing now has full stock availability so clearly I was a patsy to get rid of old stock.

I have asked SEVERAL times to just be able to return it for a refund and been given no return process.

Avoid at all costs.

This company is an absolute joke! Never received my items and they refused to give me a refund! Staff are rude and have no idea how to speak to customers.

Absolute scam artists. Sent a return back with proof of postage, over 2months ago as they sent me a bag that was absolutely NOTHING like what I ordered in the first place. Still no refund. After chasing and chasing. Every time, oh let me see what the delay is, let me check on that etc. Utter lies.
Never dealt with such unprofessional people. Also had the audacity to ask me to leave a good review. Honestly, stay away.

Had some queries over a few items I bought and was responded to within a few hours. Went ahead and purchased a puffer coat and hoodie and was not disappointed. Trendy gear and great quality - will Defs be buying again from this guy!

I’ve been buying from 54 for a number of years now. They offer leading fashion at an affordable price, which matters in the current climate. The quality is extremely good and I find their customer service to be efficient and attentive.
