A friend recommended 54 floral as they love all their clothes. I ordered a couple of bits and some jewellery. I’m so happy and absolutely buzzing with everything! Fast and speedy delivery with updates etc

54 Floral Clothing you should be ashamed of yourselves, to run a company with zero professionalism in this day and age is quite frankly shocking. I ordered a shirt for a friends son on 7th December. Guess what never was received and after constant chasing by email as the other dissatisfied customers have shared the promise of apologies and “your order is on its way, we will send asap, not charge me for P&P etc”
Up until end of February still no order. Requested a refund - guess what nothing.
Please, Please customers do not use 54 Floral Clothing. I ordered stuff from the USA it came within 2 weeks!!

bought a coat from here 2 months ago and still no coat or refund! I’ve messaged the seller and I’ve been told it’s coming this week every bloody week for 2 months, then they say you can’t get a refund until you receive the coat!! They even had the cheek to ask me to write a nice review and will receive a free gift!! I can’t even receive the flipping thing I ordered never mind a free possy gift for a fake review. Don’t buy from here, if you do your just as thick as the rest of us

Same as other comment, never received anything, can not give any tracking number, agree on a refund that never came because they ignore you despite writing them to their multiple email. awful customer support. avoid this scam

Unfortunately I do have the same experience as the others. I bought a necklace for my daughter on the 5th of December 2022. 3 January 2023 I wrote my first message to the seller 54 Floral. They told me they will investigate and get back to me. Which they didn't. So I asked for a refund but they will only give a refund if they get the product back, which I never received.

Unfortunately I didn't check before I bought!
Thanks to Paypal I got my money back.

i ordered a christmas present from them on asos marketplace without checking the reviews first which was a mistake i won’t make again. my parcel was supposedly shipped on 13/12/22 and it has still not arrived nor have they provided any form of tracking number or helpful customer service, any time i make a complaint to them i get a generic response saying it’s delayed due to strikes or they’ll check where my parcel is and frankly i’ve had enough of their bulls**t. i’ve reported them to asos marketplace and if i don’t reveive a full refund i’ll also be reporting them to my bank as well as trading standards for being a fraudulent company.

Same story as the other customers who have left poor reviews.

We have not received goods which have been paid for and have not received a refund after being told it had been processed. This goes back to November.

Do not use this company.

Ordered a coat through asos marketplace as a gift, the seller was 54floral - ordered the item on 20/11 with standard 3-5 day delivery. On the 29/11 the item was nowhere to be seen and I had no tracking details. Contacted the company who did reply quickly and advised they would look into it asap. Since then, over 2 weeks ago I have heard nothing and there is still no order. I have requested a full refund however I am yet to hear back.
Update on this review - I was advised on 13/12 that a refund was processed and would take 2-5 days to reach my account, now on the 21/12 I am still yet to receive email confirmation of the refund/the actual refund itself! I have contacted the company both yesterday and today to be told both days the refund should reflect today - it still hasn't

Stay away from this company. Even if it’s on ASOS marketplace or their own website.

I never recieved my item. They told me they shipped it 3 times and never came. Really weird. I tried to get my money back a whole month. They kept lying about they would refund my money and everytime they told me they did, they didn’t.
Today i’ve finally recieved a refund through marketplace.
I have been using time on this for almost 3 months.

Find a trust worthy place. It’s a hundred procent not here.

Took months to receive the item, when it turned up it is comically different to what is pictured. They fail to respond to refund requests through Asos marketplace, leading me to raise an issue with Paypal. Huge pain. Avoid at all costs.

Took a month to arrive (I selected 2-4 working days) and when it came the quality of the earrings were awful. Literally like plastic toy earrings. I sent the company 3 emails asking where my delivery was and got ignored. I then had to DM them on instagram 7 times until they actually sent it out.
