So i took the plunge and tried purchasing some adenas for lineage w, its been more than a week and still no adenas.
I contacted livechat on the website and they kept saying: "we're waiting for our supplier's reply,if any update we'll notice you"
So now there pretty much ignoring me now.

I highly recommend staying away from this website. Look elsewhere!

genshin accounts were legit, have bought over 20 products from them and only 1 was faulty - I had to contact customer service and they provided me another account as compensation. customer service was quick (or maybe I was just lucky) and overall, products are still legit as of 12/11

My 1 star rating is justified, upon buying my first reroll Genshin account, I have been scammed badly, this is due to the fact that the sent account details need security verification in the game itself, thus i cannot log in to my purchased account. In addition, they could not assist me in my issue. Meaning this site is 100% not legit.

I was very skeptical about buying some gold but I wanted to surprise my nephew's because they suck at saving gold for their mounts after I paid for it took around 6 hrs to get it for 5k gold was around 60.00 Canadian I gave them a 5 star rating for fast and honest delivery.

Slow service as for boosting and as costumer support,you never know what is happening with your account, I waited for more then 80 hours for my account to be available again for me… stay away they are useless!!!
