They are complete scammers in contact with sellers who scam.
I made a purchase of 8080 Genshin Impact Genesis Crystals on December 1st, 2021. It was done smoothly. Now on December 22nd, 2021, I got an in-game message saying that there has been a refund initiated for the crystals purchased. The 5mmo support refuses to help saying that the order is over 20 days old and take zero responsibility thereafter. The seller purchases you the product and then asks for refund after some days. There is zero credibility and 5mmo don't care about thier customers.
I highly recommend not to buy anything from this scam website and not fall for thier cheap prices. I fell but I wouldn't want anyone else to.

Never received my order. I contact customer service multiple times they give basic and generic "Please wait, your transaction is almost complete" BS. I ask how come they don't know when my item will be delivered, they say "we are not the suppliers, we don't know when your item will be delivered"

This is my 4’th time buying off of 5mmo. I’ve eve bought like 5000 gold from them for fast flying mount. Honestly, I wouldn’t stop shopping with 5mmo even if 1000 gold was 2$ cheaper somewhere else, because 5mmo is good to their customers, I’ve never had to wait all day for a simple gold exchange.
