I ordered two pairs of shoes and checked my account and it stated it was delivered. I clicked track my order and it says in transit. I am confused and just want my shoes or my money back but I can not reach anyone in customer service. The tracking number it gave me was an Amazon package tracking but Amazon says it does not exist. I feel scammed and will be filing a dispute charge with my bank if I do not receive my package by tomorrow.

wow what happened to 6pm customer service my order never got delivered and they never replied to my email. They have a chat with service team option that doesnt even work. Another order i ordered size 16 janie and jack pants and they sent me toddler size 6 pants wtf and they never reply their email i will attempt to contact their phone today wtf is all i can say if there was a negative star i would thought Amazon owned 6pm but clearly Service model is non existant

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with 6 pm. I placed an order for a jacket that I was very excited about for my child. However, the order was never delivered. I went to check the status of the shipment. Upon attempting to log into my account, I discovered it was blocked.
I emailed customer service but received no response. When I called the support team, I was informed that my account was blocked as I was a new customer. I was further told that my order had been canceled, the item was no longer available, and my account was subsequently unblocked.
This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. I take reliability and customer service seriously; others should know such practices.

I am very disappointed with this site. I received defective shoes, contacted customer service, and provided all necessary details and photos, but they have not refunded my money or responded to my follow-up emails. No refund, no communication, nothing. Poor customer service and no resolution to my issue. I would not recommend shopping here.

I purchased two tracksuits for my grandsons . One pair did not fit. I paid to return through proper returns portal and eventually they arrived back at my home address no explanation. Went through the whole returns procedure again on 30th October and even though I have sent proof that the return got to 6pm, I have still not received a refund
I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND JUST FEEL FORTUNATE THAT I HAD NOT HAD TO RETURN THE WHOLE ORDER OR I WOULD BE OVER £300.00 out of pocket

Return shipping fees are outrageous!
I recently purchased a pair of sandals from 6 PM. I had to pay for shipping because I was below their minimum for free shipping. Sadly, I had to return them because they didn't fit. When I received the shipping label, the instructions said to return package thru either UPS or USPS. I was shocked when I went to my local UPS store & they said my cost for returning the shoes was $25. That was the lowest ground rate available. The shoes cost me $35 so I was basically paying almost as much for the total shipping charges. I have shopped this site before but now I'm done. I had ordered shoes in the past & returned a pair & it was a reasonable fee. This is very deceptive when you consider they charged $4.95 to ship to you but you're penalized for returning any merchandise.

Order canceled twice
I ordered an outfit for my child. After a few days I logged on to find my order canceled. I thought it was strange. I really wanted the outfit so I ordered it again. Once again I tried to log on again but it locked me out of my account. I called the company. They canceled my order again. The representative was unable to tell me why. I decided the outfit wasn't worth the hassle to try again.

I should have believed the reviews. I didn't, and that is why I have not received the order. The communication with the company is terrible. Their reps sound like they are NOT surprised that your order has not arrived. No one can help. They leave you on hold, disconnect you, and "transfer" you to no one. Just bought the same item on EBAY for less.

They made me liar and left me with nothing!
Unfortunately I made an Order #113-3927836-3541825 on the site. I bought shoes for my girlfriend's birthday! Item should be delivered after 5 days. I send 2 mails to them after 3rd and 4th day because item was not shipped - NO ANSWER! I send the 3rd email on the last day and they finally responded, but ..... They told me that item was defected and they do not shipped it because of that. And they gave me $5! There was a discount about $38 when I bought the item and what I could do next? I promised the shoes to my girlfriend, site gave me a $5 coupon and answered on a last/delivery day. Great job! Great! They could send me the same shoe but different colour, but no! Awful customer service, who is answering after 3-4 days and offering almost nothing! They disappointed me and made me a liar! They disappointed my girlfriend, because she was very happy when I show her the shoes. So they left me with nothing, God knows when I will get my refund and now no idea what to do/buy ony girlfriend's birthday as I have no enough money! Good companies are sending the items, even different colour or offering different one, but not 6PM, they will answer you on a delivery date that item won't be shipped and will give you $5 coupon! And they are doing it to me, loyal customer FOR 13 YEARS! And when they are telling that they are sorry, they don't give a f***, they are like robots, answering with copy/paste text. They probably will say sorry On this review, but nobody believes them, because if they were really sorry, they will send me the item, even different, but I get $5 coupon, they are just kidding me, not sorry!

Paid money but didn’t receive anything!!!
I purchased 2 shoes from 6pm.com on 25 June. They told me that my package would arrive around 28 June. I got the confirmation letter, Money was paid from my card (81 $), but I never got the tracking number or any information. I can’t log into my account, because it says that they have detected unusual activity (I JUST WANT MY SHOES). I have contacted them through email twice on different customer service emails that I could find. Still no update. At least give me my money back. I wanted that shoes for a trip but that is not happening either. This is my first purchase from them and I don’t think I will ever consider spending my money there.

awful, bad experience on 6pm
I saw an item on $57 , only 1 left. So I added and almost purchased, but at the final step , the price was changed to $148.
So I called customer service to report this problem.
the agent tod me it was not $57 before, and even supervisor Lisanna told me she can't find $57,
She was not kind enough to talk, they didn't try to help what I have in trouble.
I don't like 6pm, because the customer service team is all in Carribian, they are not good enough.
I want to report Lisanna, as a supervisor, she can't do anything,doesn't try to solve the problem, and rude.

No refund and can’t reach anyone
I returned 2 pair of shoes 3 weeks ago and have proof from the USPS that they received it. But I have yet to hear anything from 6pm or receive the refund. The live chat doesn’t work and says to contact Customer Service via email. But then I get a message back saying that email box is no longer monitored. What kind of CS is this?!? And the worst part is that I have to return another 2 pair of shoes but I’m starting to doubt I’ll ever see any of my money. I used to love 6pm but now they’re wholly unreliable and I’m ready to dispute the charges with my credit card company and file a complaint with the BBB.
