My experience was very good.Saad booked my family tickets for Pakistan.It was my first experience.He reassured me to call them if any problem.Luckily all went as planned.

We had to do a last minute emergency booking and Rimsha was amazing! Within a few hours we were able to secure a booking for the same day flight and she did everything in her power to secure a booking on the flight the same day for us from Manchester to London and then onwards to Islamabad. Always recommend this company they are so understanding, really efficient and helpful especially during time of need in an emergency to secure a booking. The services provided by 7 Continents travels were amazing and they went above and beyond with everything. We had an such a smooth experience and transitioning from Medinah and Makkah. Five star hospitality throughout our stay at the two hotels. I will have to mention our agent Mr Ali Ahmad was absolutely amazing with his whole service and customer service. Any issues we had were resolved instantly and Ali was available whenever we needed him. We did occur an issue in Makkah for our stay but Ali was able to rectify and give us an amazing accommodation. Definitely recommend 7 Continents travels and Ali for anyone who is looking to go Umrah or Hajj.
