I was so impressed and with a great sense of satisfaction with Waleed’s impressive level of customer service.

I have used 7 continents travels quite a few times over the years and each time had the pleasure of Waleed dealing with my case.
He has been a great help and very professional in sorting out the tickets and travel plans. He also follows up and rings with any flight time changes and enquires a few days before the flight to confirm all is well .. Dont know any other agent who does that.

Booked a last minute trip for umrah in Ramadan with shohaib from 7 continents ltd. He was brilliant right from the start. He took care of everything from the start. From our visas to hotel, flights transport etc everything was taken care of so we could prepare out umrah journey with ease. He stayed in contact with us whilst we were there too to make sure we were looked after. Would 100% book with him again for next Ramadan inshallah. I didn't actually book through 7 Continents (change of plans). However, I spoke to Saif who was very knowledgable and gave some great advice.

Very competitive and clear communication too.

Annie has been so helpful from the very first call. She has helped me create my dream umrah package with a very good price within my budget. She was always on call when I needed to ask any questions and provided honest and reliable answers. And lastly very important she spent a long amount of time looking at different flights and different hotels across various dates to find the best price.

Annie from Makkah Tours originally added sahoor in Madinah and then requested more money for Sahoor to be included in Makkah. We paid more money but Annie cancelled Sahoor in Madinah in the process when it was originally added and paid for. They take more money and make false promises. Not happy.
