Umrah Trip Experience with 7 Continents Travel Ltd

The experience I had on my recent Umrah trip booked through 7 Continents Travel Ltd. The journey, which I paid for over three weeks in advance, was marred by numerous issues, resulting in significant inconvenience and additional expenses.

Below are the key problems encountered during my trip:

Short Layover in Bahrain – The brief layover appeared to contribute to a series of complications during the trip, adding unnecessary stress from the outset.

Lost Luggage upon Arrival in Jedda – My luggage did not arrive with me. After waiting, I reported the issue to Gulf Airlines, and it took additional time to resolve. As a result, I had to pay for a taxi separately the following day to collect my luggage.

Accommodation Issue – Upon arrival at the hotel late at night (1:45 AM), I presented the hotel voucher provided by 7 Continents Travel Ltd, only to be informed that the reservation had been canceled due to non-payment by 7 Continents Travel Ltd. This forced me to pay for accommodation out of my own pocket at an already stressful and inconvenient time.

Lack of Support – I reached out to 7 Continents Travel Ltd via WhatsApp, but received no support or resolution. Even the following day, I received no assistance from 7 Continents Travel Ltd, despite the issues being reported. No one asked me you have enough funds etc, there was a complete lack of communication or effort to resolve the situation.

As a result of these multiple problems, I am still in the process of trying to recover the costs I had to pay for the accommodation.

The customer service provided throughout this has been extremely poor. I am thoroughly disappointed by the lack of support and the failure of 7 Continents Travel Ltd to address these issues promptly.

I wil not recommend 7 Continents Travel Ltd to friends and family.

Finally, a comment made by your sales representative, who said, "I will not forget the experience with the company." Rest assured, I will certainly not forget my experience with 7 Continents Travel Ltd.

I recently booked a holiday through Br. Taimoor at 7-Continents for a family trip to Doha, Qatar, followed by Umrah in Makkah and Madinah.

This was my second time booking with the team, and once again, the experience was excellent. From start to finish, the service was efficient, professional, and very well organised.

Flights, hotels, and transport were all perfectly arranged, and everything went smoothly as planned.

I highly recommend 7-Continents for their outstanding service.

We used 7 Continents Travel for Umrah during the month of August 2025. We a family of four went for 10 days. Shayan Bhai gave us a amazing package which included BA direct flight to Jeddah which included out transportation which was pick up from Jeddah airport to Makkah to Emaar Grand Hotel which was around 8 minutes walk to the Masjid al Haram. Shayan Bhai also organized the transportation from Jeddah to Madinah to our hotel Swiss International Taba AL Salam which was around 5 minutes walk to AL Masjid an Nabawi. Shayan Bhai also arranged for Ziyarat for both Makkah and Madinah.
Over all our Umrah trip was great Alhamduillah.
I am happy to recommend 7 Continents Travel and do speak to Shayan Bhai for your travel arrangements.

Brilliant, bespoke Umrah package for a seamless travel experience. Our allocated travel agent, Mr. Taimoor, was fantastic; he replied promptly and was incredibly helpful throughout. No request was too much for him. Traveling with family, including a baby, can be a stressful experience, but Mr. Taimoor did his best to make it as easy as possible for us. We were able to relax and focus on our Umrah without worrying about any other details. The package was tailored to our affordability and convenience, including stays at the Voco Makkah and Zaha Al Munnawarra in Medina. We would thoroughly recommend 7 Continents Travel ltd for travel needs, particularly for pilgrimage. May Allah add barakah to their business."

Booked again after 5 years with this company this time with Taimoor, he was very efficient and communicated really well for what I had on my mind, we ended up with what generally expected with the flights/hotel etc.
The only negative point i'd make which is not actually not the company's or even Taimoor's fault is not to book close to Hajj season as Visa becomes complicated and may have trouble getting into makkah due to certain government rulings other then that Alhamdulillah it was very good and a smooth journey.

I booked our Umrah package with 7 continents for December 24.
Alhamdulillah I received excellent customer service from the first day of the booking until we got back home.

We did incur a big problem with the hotel at Madinah Shareef but brother Aleem who was out agent helped us through that situation to the best of his ability.

I received a really good package for us 5 family members. Hotels were lovely, flights worked out nicely and the transport provided couldn't be any better.

I will definitely be using their service again In sha Allah.
