i want to give zero stars. The driver wanted to charge me more than the quoted charge from the office at the time of booking the day before. I was told by the office £10 , the driver said £12. So when questioned the Driver kept me, a lone female in the night and with the cash in my hand ( £10 -of what i was quoted) while he called ‘the office’ in his own language- maybe something Indian or Pakistani, and then said to me it’s £13. 😲. i said no way. i gave him the £10. got out saying come back when my son is here. He called me back and said’ you can pay by card i have a machine’. WTAF. The cab office denied everything, even said I was charged £9. LIARS. Do not trust. call ALL TIME cabs uxbridge. They are honest reliable and keep your details on file.

We were on our way somewhere and I was aware that the driver was talking on his phone. I asked him to please finish the call as I know that when I was driving I found it pretty impossible to concentrate on the call and driving at the same time. He said he was talking to a little boy, even so please finish the call or pull over to the kerbside so that I could get another car. The driver just lost it. “Get out of my car, get out of my car” and he grabbed hold of me and almost pulled me out of the vehicle.
I rang and asked 711 to send another car straight away due to what was going on, which they did, but of course the damage was already done. I have used this firm for quite some time but of late noticed something going badly wrong with both drivers and office operators. We were over in Windsor later the same week and I rang for a taxi to bring us (2 OAPs, 1 having had major heart surgery and 1 Disabled) home but as soon as the operator heard my name he cut the call off. 5 times he did that.
And now the drivers are charging what they think they can get away with, which is not in all cases what the price actually should be, very bad indeed.
What I should have done in hindsight, was report the “get out of my car” driver for anti-social behaviour, but then 2 wrongs never did make 1 right.
My advice….use another company, this one used to be reasonably good but now it isn’t, far from it.

I called them to try and get home after being knocked off my bike; they put the phone down on me. Absolute disgrace. Wouldn’t trust them or recommend them.

Ordered a cab and they kept telling me it was 3 mins away, then they said it was on my road but wasn’t. Ended up waiting an hour then decided to walk home instead. Not reliable, not friendly and have used them for years but not anymore they are a scam of a business don’t rely on them when you book for a specific time either as wont turn up until probably half hour later! Charged way more than quote given earlier, horrible customer service & arrogant driver behaviour. I believe this really sums up the kind of service you may expect from 711 cab slough, SO DON'T USE IT EVER.

On 23rd feb, I called 711 cab, was given a quote of 22£ based on the details of travel, ( including airport parking charges, passenger, destination, time).

However when we arrived at destination, driver demanded 35£ , saying its for parking charges, and bags etc, which deviates from the quote I was given earlier in the day.

Later when called 711 customer care, executive said, they do not have a record of the quote/call I was given earlier. So obviously the quotes from 711 does not really have much significance, because they simply deny that they ever gave one.

Further on my disagreement, 711 execute hang up the phone without a closure of the matter. Only to add to my frustration & humiliate me further with this kind of insulting treatment.

Just avoid using their service.
