I have bought the products as a gift. However, the website had a wide choice of products, with offers, if you bought a set. I was very pleased with the availability on the website and also, the suggested combinations, as there is something to suit everyone. I was kept informed about my order and I received it sooner than I expected.Although these products are not for myself, I am confident that the quality of the haircare will be high. I will, however, be treating myself next time.

I recently changed hairdressers who used 72 products. I was so impressed I ordered some. They came the very next day , however one item was wrong. I contacted 72 who not only said they would send me the correct item but I could keep the wrong one as a gesture of goodwill. Such wonderful service in times when so many Companies don’t even answer their phones anymore. (Covid!!!). What great Customer Services. Well done 72.

Communication with this company has been excellent. The Christmas post delayed the products arrival, they pulled out all stops and had replacement products sent out via courier. Their products were a present to my daughter who has very long unmanageable hair. She is delighted with them! Her hair looks amazing, shiny and smooth, exactly what she had hoped for for Christmas.

Was not too sure on wether to Oder this…
Was not too sure on wether to Oder this shampoo, As it was advertised on Facebook. As there seem to be a lot of scams about these days I was a bit dubious.
But I am pleased to say that this was not a scam it is just as good as they claim. Also the time from ordering and receiving my shampoo was really quick.
It is expensive but worth every penny. So yes I would definitely recommend this product.
