I would like to share some feedback regarding the service provided by Natacha during the process of selecting and purchasing the ring.
From the very beginning, Natacha was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive. She took the time to explain options clearly, answered questions promptly, and provided reassurance throughout what can be a significant and personal decision. Her knowledge and attention to detail made the process feel straightforward and genuinely enjoyable, even from overseas.
What stood out most was her level of care and communication, nothing felt rushed, and I always felt confident that the right choices were being made. The customer service throughout was exemplary and gave real peace of mind.
A huge thank you to Natacha for such an excellent and reassuring service, it has been a pleasure dealing with her.

Engagement ring upgrade
Went to visit the Manchester office to upgrade my engagement ring. It was a really nice experience and the lady was really knowledgeable and helpful. I did not order anything there and then as I wanted to think about it now I had all the information. I then decided and ordered on the website, I messed up my order, Lee from customer services was there to help and sorted it out for me straight away. I am really happy with choice and purchase given all the help and guidance I received.

A warm a friendly welcome at reception
A warm a friendly welcome at reception. The building was quite difficult to find but I was assisted upstairs to the reception area. The customer service was good and I felt the young lady assisting was knowledgeable about diamonds, ring type and sizes, quality and cut etc.

Experience of 77 Diamonds
I got my wife’s engagement ring from 77 Diamonds a few years ago. The experience was outstanding which led me to seek them out again to purchase an eternity ring for her 50th birthday. Once again, the level of customer service was outstanding. Natacha was exceptional in presenting choices of rings when we met. On top of ordering the eternity ring, 77 Diamonds also offered to clean and polish my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band free of charge. I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of this company. Our experiences have been absolutely perfect. Thank you to 77 Diamonds and specifically to Natacha. You’ve made my wife so happy on several occasions now.

We have been very impressed so far with our experience of 77 Diamonds. From arranging the consultation, through to the consultation itself, the service provided has been second-to-none. We met Isobel in the Manchester showroom and were greeted with a glass of prosecco, followed by a very thorough consultation on what wedding rings were most appropriate to us. Great service. Visited the Manchester branch, service was perfect, very welcoming, very informative, ordered my diamond although they advised it could take a few weeks to arrive, the diamond arrived within 8 days just in time for our anniversary, the diamond price was the best I could find if I ever purchase again 77 Diamonds will be my first call.
