I could not find the name nor the website of the fake company or platform on Trustpilot. So I chose 888.com because the online casino company (bolaking888.com), its affiliate and child partners are all under the same parent company Bolaking Partnership.
Every alternate week and month, they are launching a new website, verified by Bolaking Partnership.

I will attach screenshots of the platform for you’ll to see and be aware.

alnassr888.org, bearbrick888i.com and aladdin888b.com all same problem, fake and scam

alnassr888 is an online casino and sport platform under the so called Bolaking. I keep depositing money, playing. They tagged or blocked my user id from winning. For the past 7 days as it was so obvious and I noticed. Slot games I play , I get refreshed while playing. Loosing streak , even when I get the 3 , 4 scatter or wild that usually triggers a bonus or free spin. I get none.
On their front page they post 5 to 6 fake big wins of players, their deposits and wins. With wins not less than a 100rm, 500rm and 1000rm above. With tiny deposit of 5, 10 or at most 50rm. And a fake big deposit of 100rm of a single player who won 20rm.

I deposit sometimes above 200rm in different denominations daily, no big wins or my user on the fake front page. I understand it’s casino, it’s gambling, but when obviously manipulated and cheated, programmed against me to course lose. App and browser refreshing the second you starting to win, only to redirect you, so as to not get bonus or free spin and default lose. Over and over, at some point you got to cry out or die in silence.

I’m referring to all the platforms under the so called verified Bolaking Partnership and the game providers in there. Example pragmatic is best at refreshing and redirecting, features and free spins yields nothing.

Deposit £1000 and won £4500. When I went to withdraw this it went into pending status and I received an email asking for a copy of my passport.

Took my deposit of £1k then closed my account without reason. Now I cannot withdraw. Asked for verification which I sent over chat and email 5 times over and yet they just ignore. The agents are well aware and are in on all this. Going to report them to gambling commission and ensure others learn to not use them

Zero customer service mentality
Despite speaking to several representatives (not AI bones) my issues have remained unanswered and ignored. Literally months later.

But last year they had the nerve to poke my eye with a 20 bonus dollar, saying I have been their player for 1 year! They are not idiots, not more than 10 years!!!! I had a thousand problems with them,
-a support chat has ceased
-the online support chat in English has ceased
- email support disappears for weeks
-constantly 3-4 account blockings and checks per year. dragged on for weeks.
-account blocking for no reason.
-services are late, they do not arrive. larger amounts take a week. ridiculous!
-There are hundreds of complaints on countless review sites. Some don't recommend depositing because they are scammers.
- reddit support is there. pathetic. such a big brand and they ruined it.
- I deposit hundreds of times, but I never won money from the depositor, ticket?!!
