I re-opened my account after several years away and start playing poker and making sports bets, all of which I was encouraged to do with the carrot of bonuses. When fulfilling the particular requirement no bonus materialized. I complained to 888 but they said I had switched bonuses off. I hadn't and complained further and they eventually responded saying they had switched bonuses off on my account for some clandestine internal reason, explaining nothing and unfairly denying me any bonuses. Of course this was all highlighted to me after I'd deposited and spent money. Absolutely disgusting site!

Signed up. Put in 200 quid. Made less than 50 quid a worth of bets and within 24 hours and my account was frozen with no explanation.

Cant ring anyone, have to speak to some robot on instant message. Asked to see document after document. Sent them still the account was closed. Back on the shitty instant message was asked again to send the documents. Eventually he actually checked my previous messages and saw I had sent them and changed his mind to they are reviewing the documents.

How long it takes to read a passport and driving license who knows but it’s been about a week now. They still have about 185 of my money. Waiting for them to unlock my account so I can have my money and close the account. So dodgy

Been on this site years and never a problem. Account froze 4 days ago, I have been on the online chat 5 times and they say they have to call me back. Customer service is non existent, they won't process a payout back to the account it came from, stating that it's not in the country I live in (it is) and when you eventually get through to interact with someone they send you back to the bot and send emails from no reply addresses. Feels like a scam at this stage, will be sharing my experience with their regulator

Got approved for loan and after 3 days of confirmation, all of sudden under circumstances I can't get the loan, then try to bank verification cannot. Called left messages, still nothing after 2 days. Noone picks up the phone or return calls or emails..

set up account, made a 2 small deposits, account locked after depositing third deposit (temp blocked) link on home page for help doesnt work , deadlink, emailed them for support, no reply, normally when any issues arise with a casino can be assured that they will get resolved with chat , email, worrying that they don't communicate (common theme on their trustpilot), the only good thing is that they are a UKGC casino so will go down the usual route, complain to casino, ADR then escalate to GC, any business (not just casinos) that provides deadlinks for click here for immediate help wont be getting my business. Safe to say once I get back my deposit back or if they reopen my account will withdraw and close my account, can see that 888 conducted AML soft search on my credit file , not a issue as I know many casinos use soft search for this purpose, plus affordability checks (I have accounts with other UKGC casinos). If 888 never intended to offer me a account then expect they wouldnt honour any winning bets so on the flipside all my bets would be void and all deposits should be returned? Why is it that UKGC casinos tend to be problematic forcing customers to complain and go through ADR, there are some other casinos who are not UKGC who behave more professionally and reply promptly. 888 never engaged with ADR ended up. unresolved, I had to escalate and had one helpful advisor on chat who managed to connect me to the right people and eventually they paid out. Recieved a email from their complaints team suggesting if I open any accounts with them they will be closed, their business decision. Im all good with that as I simply won't be looking to open any accounts associated with the 888 group, my preference would be to self exclude from them to avoid having to go through the pain, but you can't self exclude if they don't allow you to have a account, in this day and age you would had though you could block registration with a combination of email, DOB and name. Can't recommend on the basis that they didn't follow ADR complaints procedure, for UK players with UKGC casinos this is the pathway to resolution, if they refuse to engage it goes to show the type of organisation you are dealing with.

Rigged and scripted, non existant customer service, and on their official subreddit 888 actually oppresses free speech by removing complaints of their rigged game as "misinformation", but it is 888 who is lying about the "random element" of their poker game (the truth is 888 do not even use an RNG, it's all rigged and scripted, I was playing three tournaments and one time, I was dealt J2o at all three tables, at the same time. That is not random, it's referring to scripts and predetermining what hole cards you'll get. no deposit players do not get their fair share of monster hands, more like they get any of the hands better than two pairs five to six times less frequently than mathematical probability would otherwise suggest).
