NEVER USE if you’ll take my advice avoid like the plague. They’ve OWED me £50 since March. Their so called customer service is a disgrace and a joke they only got 1 star as it wouldn’t let me give 0
This coming any should have its license revoked you’d be better off using a crooked bookie down the pub at least you stand a chance of getting your money

Why ? What I do wrong ? What's the reason ? I'm totally schocked !! I Don't reccommend this company

I have been playing on 888sport with a fully verified account. On 2 October, I received an official email confirming that my KYC verification was successfully completed.

Small withdrawals worked without any problem — they even paid out $10 earlier.
However, after my balance grew to $1,416, the situation changed dramatically.

888sport started requesting an endless number of additional documents: new proof of address, new ID copy, multiple selfies with documents, etc. I submitted every single document they asked for, yet they keep requesting more and more.

Now my withdrawal of $1,416 has been blocked for weeks, and support has stopped answering my emails completely.

I hope this issue will be resolved and I will update this review if 888sport processes my withdrawal.
Right now, my experience is extremely disappointing.

Deposited 1k (no bonus play, I’m not that stupid) won £1930. It’s been 9 days now and I’m still yet to receive my winnings! Live chat say the same rubbish “we’ll escalate to the relevant department” “we’ll give you a phone call” nothing in 9 days!

888sport says my winners are losers. I called the phone that they list to call and it says not in service. Their online chat is useless. As soon as I bust out I'm done with them. There must be better services out there. I must say as long as you don't have a problem, it still sucks, Shame on 888sport!

Horrible experience by this book! Don’t ever sign up .. crooks received my deposit bonus $250 .. I wagered over 2k and wasn’t able to pull any cash out. I didn’t meet any requirements.

Absolute disgrace of a company, uploaded all of my documents and deposited/withdrew many times before they wouldn’t let me withdraw my £120 winnings because I hadn’t uploaded my ID (which I had). Whenever I tried talking to someone they just kept saying that I needed to upload my ID and sent me a link which didn’t even work then when I said that they just kept sending me another link which didn’t work either. Thieving scum stole £120 from me 😡

Absolute crook gaming service. Deposited around 5k and won/lost a bit until they deemed my account sharp and cut me to 11 dollar bets. When I went to withdraw my funds (I’m losing on the site) they asked for numerous paperwork. I’ve sent them everything 40 times over and even after they told me I was verified twice they just refuse to send me the money. They give you a runaround and say you need to submit more documents. Absolutely avoid at all costs these scammers are total crooks and should be reported to any gaming commission you can find. It has been over a year and a half and I am still fighting their customer service day in and day out but they are all just bots or VAs on the internet who don’t know anything.

Avoid 888 at all costs- I provided all onboarding documents, was approved as having provided all necessary documentation and proceeded to win ~US$2,100. Made a withdrawal request in early November 2024.
Received form emails that suggested I still had not provided all documentation. After hours on the chat, was forwarded to 10 or more chat representatives who kept passing me to someone else, only to receive another form emails that explain nothing. Responded many many times to these form emails, asking questions to try and clarify and asking for an individual contact or a telephone number. Still received only form emails not tailored to my query, and not answering anything.

I have never received the money and now my account no longer even shows a pending withdrawal.

Unless you simply want to give your money to these guys, do not fund an account with 888.

I had a £40 bet on a horse at 9/4
The horse won and my returns were £130
Within seconds of the horse winning they froze the account and asked for age verification.i have sent my driving license and bank statements.it has been over a week and they just send emails saying they have received them and they are checking them.my account has still not been reactivated and when you try to message them they tell you the same garbage over and over again

888sport have had my withdrawals pending for a year. Every time I provide documents they tell me to wait for an email and my money is “100% on the way” and then do not send it. I’ve contacted the help team 10 times and every time they tell me the same thing. I think they’ve taken my money for good

Not budge… I bet a 10 free bet on 3/1 dog…the dog won in a dead heat…the return i got off 888 was 10 euro however to my reckoning and to others the return should be 15 euro made up of half free bet stake which is 5 x 3=15 (no free bet stake return)…anyone agree or disagree?

Awful, awful site. Stay away at all costs. I had a five team soccer accumulater which was winning after 30 minutes. The scumbags then suspended their cash out option for the rest of the game time which was over an hour. Obviously one of the games ended up a draw after a goal in the 84th minute. So I lost. I don’t mind losing, I do most weeks but I do mind these greedy scumbags ripping off their customers. Cash out is I’m sure only available to people losing their bet. Absolute scummy site, avoid at all costs!!

Happy to take your money but when you want to withdraw they close your account. Be very careful with these scammers.
