i was at 3900 in winnings and they wont let me get verified so i could get paid out. sent legit documents but its never enough. i think they should not be allowed to have gambling site and I hope people are looking at the reviews to keep away. terrible casino. luckily i only deposit only 100. stay away. They don't even deserved a star.

⚠️ Scam Company – Avoid ⚠️

I deposited $10 and after betting my balance reached $50. When I tried to withdraw, they asked me for verification. I submitted my ID, bank statement, internet bill, and electricity bill. They accepted my ID but then claimed my bank statement needed to include SWIFT and IBAN codes.

That was the first time I ever heard of such a requirement. It’s just an excuse to block withdrawals. This company is a total scam. I asked them to refund me my money at the same payment method, the guy said no, I’ve opened a dispute to try to get my $10 deposit back.

Stay away and don’t waste your time or money.

Allowed me to deposit money but then they couldnt verify my address. I uploaded a document but it didnt pass for some reason. So I gave up and just tried to withdraw my money back but they wont allow it. Because to withdraw I need to verify my address, but to deposit I dont need to. SCAM

Tried to sign up, was told ineligible for bonus, when asked to close my account via live chat, after getting through an ineffective chatbot the human operator immediately disabled my account without messaging which booted me off the system - therefore no way to tell whether account is actually closed or not. When trying to log in again, message says account is 'temporarily disabled' but that's not what I asked for. Email sent to support-at-888 bounced back. Awful customer service, avoid.

They will do anything to stop you withdrawing money

If you plan on winning, go gamble elsewhere. They owe me 850$ as my first deposit bonus and won't give it to me. I won about 3k, and they won't let me bet anymore. On the chat, they don't give any reason and quit the chat.

Had a bit of money in my account and they asked me to verify my identity to access it. Fine. Standard for these betting companies. I send across a selfie with my ID and says it is rejected. Fine, I'll try again. Rejected again. I try one more time and again it is rejected. I then contact to ask why it was rejected, and the response was hilarious. I was told it was rejected due to my HAIR COLOUR being blonde in my photo and dark on my ID. UK DRIVERS LICENSES ARE IN BLACK AND WHITE!!! Genuinely absurd, and even if I had changed my hair colour this is not a valid identity marker. I was then basically turned away. Obviously will be taking further action as this is borderline illegal. Stay away at all costs, not worth the hassle.

They didn't allow my account to be verified, I assume if you start betting like me you only do it to earn money from free bets, but they took 10 euro and then didn't allow verification, please dont sign up to this, it's terrible. Also, dont gamble if you don't do matched betting

The blocked account i verified they told me to check out promos i did two promos chased their free bets told i have been banned from promotions. They have the worst odds possible. Also they arent providing fair services. I placed a parlay, won, and they refused to pay out and blamed it on an error. I didn't get my money. Also I didnt get my original bet back. Support is not responding after 3 weeks of contacting them.
Switched to qbetus.com instead. Never had issues there.
