Happy to take my deposits but as soon as I try to withdraw a win they want a selfie of me holding my driving licence (which I cant find) saying i have to verify my account!!! even though I have verified it on both 888 poker and 888 casino!!! Disgusting behaviour and the worst customer service I have ever received!!! SKY BET is a much better site and very fair!! AVOID 888 PLEASE!!!

I agree with what others are saying the company is a mess they offer all these Promotions to keep you playing and when you win you get gubbed to zero so you cannot put any bets on with so many great bookies like William hill I would avoid these

I cannot believe that you deposit very easy with this joke company but when you try to withdraw they ask for everything but the kitchen sink.online help is a total waste of time and email comes back not available.i read many reviews about cannot withdraw and I can confirm it is true, I only have a withdrawal of €750 and they will not release and will seek legal actions and may cost alot more which I do not care, so better to use other sites such as bet365,Betway etc

Still no payments on my winnings starting from May 2nd. It was all good at the beginning, then they stopped paying. Owe me over $400 from multiple winning bets. The love chat is a waste of time. They even asked me to send my bank statement to prove that I haven't been paid🤣. I mean come on, one winner might not go through, but not multiple. Shows how bad and terrible run this company is. Who would ask a customer to send bank statements 😅.

Deposited no issues then won and when I tried to withdraw locked my account. Their support website doesn't work and I can't withdraw my money and they wont respond to emails.

Absolutely appalling organisation. I requested a withdrawal which went into pending, over 4 days later and it still sits there.
The online “help” is a very bad joke. I found two telephone numbers both of which are permanently engaged.
I’ve sent two emails to two separate addresses and as you can guess, no response to either.

I signed up a few years ago and they would not let me use my sign up offer as they decided I was restricted but could continue using site.
did a bet for get £5 back on £10 bet.
did not get my bonus asked them why.
Their response we did a thorough review and have decided to not allow me to do promotions I only ever did one bet with them.

SCAM SCAM 888 I withdrew 3000 and still haven't received it 3 and a half week later! Honestly do not use. I.warn you. Customer service tell you some random 💩 and then hang up.the live chat so you have to start again with the bot. So frustrating and fraud in the eyes of the law.

I placed a soccer bet with a clear market condition (Asian Handicap +1), and the final result should have been a push. Every reputable betting site (Bet365 & BetMGM) refunded this exact bet, but this bookmaker settled it as a loss.

I contacted their support multiple times and provided proof including screenshots, but they refused to admit their mistake.
This isn’t just bad service, it's borderline fraud. If a sportsbook can’t follow standard betting rules or fix obvious errors, they shouldn’t be trusted with your money. They clearly hope customers won’t fight back or understand how betting rules work.

No different to other bookies, get a few wins and they restrict your account.....trading reviews etc

Three weeks ago 888sport closed my account permanently after I have won 1 bet, and they didn't process my withdrawal. Everyday I go to their stupid bot "chat" asking for my money back, account was 100% verified , ID, bank statement, selfie all, they just copy/paste "I already escalate this to manually withdraw your funds, you will be notified via email once done" ... idk if it is possible to get money back from 888
