Bought Primo gen 3 shooting tripod sticks as a Christmas present ,so not used yet. However, the ordering process was easy and delivery prompt. So would be happy to use the firm again

I just think they could word certain products better ...to me it seemed very misleading and the product I got wasn't really what I was wanting to buy ...Ok I may of not read all properly.... who knows but what I do no the description could of been alot more simplified.....

It’s the easiest review ever this, not only was the customer service second to none (fantastic) the A1 shooting table is absolutely amazing, I was very sceptical when ordering the table as you never know how these sort of things are going to be and at such a reasonable price as well. When it arrived, which was very quick I hasten to add, it was very well packaged, and pretty much assembled, it only took a few minutes to erect. The materials used are very robust and the finish is excellent, I’m 17 stone and it copes with me no issues at all! The table itself is solid, and once on a even floor there is zero wobble etc so you get an accurate aim and shot, the table surface is covered in a soft coating, so now chance of scratching your pride and joy. All in all I would recommend both A1 and the shooting table itself.

This is the third time I’ve bought from this company. Bought their Lightweight Pigeon magnet recently where the speed controller arrived with wires hanging out and fraying connections. Phoned the Pcompany and advised to email them and send photos which I did straight away. A week later, not even an acknowledgment. P#ss poor quality and even worse customer service. Perhaps they should spend the same amount of time acknowledging complaints as they do reviews!! Mark
