Excellent value fast delivery what more could you want

Good price, well packaged, fast delivery.

Have made several orders.
Packaging was terrible - damaged and missing items. Not surprising at it was all ratting around in one gigantic box without any filler and was poorly taped closed.Tape split in transit. No attempt to stop items damaging each other inside the box. Chipped paint and crushed decoys.
Wiring on speed controller looked like it had been done by an impatient child.
Wiring on replacement speed controller came loose and pulled out of box on first use. I just fixed it myself - can't be bothered to deal with them. Wont be using them again. There are plenty enough competitors these days.
Oh - and my goodness you are going to get spammed almost every single day once they get your email address. I have had to block them.

ordered the pigeon deceiver bouncer, not the best i think it’s over priced for what it is, and does shine in the sun light when they’re not meant too, the alloy rods that support the bouncer aren’t the best could be made a lot better . other then that the company is great to deal with. the other products i’ve had are superbly made , fast delivery service well packaged

Ordered speed controller for magnet. Arrived promptly (as always ) fitted it. It smoked and failed. Sent email stating battery i was using and contacted customer services. New unit sent out arrived promptly (as always ) fitted started to smoke. Contacted customer services to find my email not read ( I think ) and during discussion i find out it is only rated at 12amps. Nothing on web site description and when i said i use car battery of 20amp he just didn't want to know. I suggested making a note on item web site. Didn't think he would, so i have. Shame all my other dealings with them have been first class. Jim Ives

Unfortunately I couldn't give a lower score than one. Comms awful...request receipt for £4k hunt trip. Ghosted. Took 5 times. Trip canx and dragging feet giving money back. No updates no customer service. Bordering on claims court now. Woeful. Think hard before you spend money service and comms dreadful.

I ordered 2 rotaries and both broke down. The first during the first use and the second (light weight) on the third use.
I received a reply on the first complaint bit they just ghosted me for the second complaint. Don’t order rotaries here, they are unreliable.

After a purchase they keep spamming with unwanted newsletters i never signed for. I emailed to ask to be removed from such newsletter and nothing changed. I believe this practice is also illegal from a law standpoint

Bought an auto chicken/game feeder it was stated that it was suitable for pellets, corn etc. The design having a square box underneath the spinner should be domed or something, the problem being that feed when exiting the spinner bounces off the cage then gathers on the box top! Which if your chicken area is too small you have to mount the item low, so it then creates a problem with any animal wanting to get to this and won’t leave the unit alone.
The company director said initially for me to make something! He’s sold thousands and I’m the only one with a problem, it can’t be solved unless something on an angle is placed underneath the spinner which will then deposit the feed!
I got my money back for sending the item out, but no refund for the items and labour required to get this operational, when asking several times for compensation for the extras I decided to put an honest review on eBay, this was removed within a day!
Just look at the units design to see for yourselves what will happen.

This is the first time I have used this company and was extremely impressed with everything about them.

The price buying direct from them is cheaper than buying their products on Amazon plus they offer free next day delivery on all products.

I phoned and spoke to one of their sales team who was extremely helpful and based on that conversation alone gave me the confidence to go ahead with the purchase.

The item was despatched the same day via DPD for next day delivery. Unfortunately it didn’t get delivered as clearly the DPD driver didn’t have the time or possibly the intelligence to read the delivery information. That however was nothing to do with A1 Decoys.

I won’t hesitate using this company again and recommend them without reservation.

Ordered 100 umarex co2 capsules via Amazon ( unfortunately ,I once left a humorous review and was banned from leaving any further reviews!) So here we are.
Great super fast delivery and great value for money.
Arrived well packaged and genuine umarex cartridges ,not substituted for others.
It'll last me a while..

just bought a shooting rest from this firm and it is great quality and just what i was after, the delivery was excellent ordered friday morn delivered sat lunchtime,fantastic service and a great company

I recently purchased two pecking pigeon decoys from A1 decoys. One of the items had a problem when first used and this was immediately dealt with by a1 decoys. Good service is knowing how to deal with any problems to the satisfaction of the customer

Absolutely perfect. Brought the shooting table and i am absolutely chuffed to bits. Super efficient service. A1 all over.

I've used this company two times but unfortunately there won't be a third time due to poor packaging.

My first order was for a RWS field kit of 5 tins of pellets in presentation box. It was sent in one of them grey mailing bags, no other protection. Box was crushed and a couple of tins dented. The postage label had been torn off and took two weeks to arrive by Royal mail. No apology from company and put all blame on royal mail.

I used them a second time recently for 1 tin of 500 .22 Bisley pellets. This time arrived next day, but sent in a Jiffy bag with no other protection.
Tin was badly dented and around 60 pellets with skirt damage.
The company refunded me £2.50 this time, which was a nice gesture, but really not good enough as a jiffy bag is clearly not going to be sufficient to protect a heavy tin of pellets.

Bought and item from Ebay, parts missing they did communicate alittle then nothing.

Poor customer service and I feel they intentionally made it go over the 30 days so stop the ebay guarantee money back.
