I was ordering some trophies on behalf of a band I’m a member of which was a bit nerve-racking… also the trophies seemed very reasonably priced so I was a bit worried how they would come out but I went for it.
I’m really glad I did because they’ve arrived looking great and exactly what I wanted!
I think I must have got something wrong during the ordering process so the company emailed me before engraving and asked me to clarify the wording which is spot on.
The trophies arrived by tracked Royal Mail post and really well packaged.
Thank you very much for making the (what could have been disastrous!) experience easy and seamless. I’m really happy with the products for an excellent price and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Disaster Averted!
My daughter was recently awarded her first ever 'woman of the match' award and was proud to have the trophy until the next game. So proud she took it into school on the Monday! Unfortunately the inevitable happened and it was accidentally dropped and smashed. Fortunately we were able to find the exact replacement and order it online, however the postage guidelines were 7-10 days. A quick phone call to explain the situation meant we received the trophy Saturday morning in time for her game tomorrow! Disaster averted! Thanks for the swift turnaround!
