Good once prompted into action
My item didnt arrive in the timescale promised. After a week I had to chase A2B to find why it hadn't arrived. I was told the couriers had broken the machine in transit and it was being returned. It seems A2B didnt know that until I contacted them.
Once contacted they were very reactive and the issue was resolved quickly but I dont think that I should have had to instigate that action.

re my original comment and your response...the item was returned in error,but unopened so was not in my opinion considered un-resaleable, we also accepted that our full money would not be returned,again, we did not question that as the fault in ordering was ours, ..the unacceptable part was the delay in refund or acknowlegement of return,therefore the need to 'follow it up'.
Your response including 'see all our reviews,they speak for themselves' is true,(I did mention your quick delivery!!)

We are a professional and pro active Company and have been in business for many years, we will assist any customer in respect of returns or problems where possible, however if a customer orders an item in error (customer error) and wants to return a product back to us that cannot be re sold or in a re saleable condition , then I’m afraid this is unacceptable.
All specification on the website is accurate and correct and is there to help guide customers to purchasing the correct products.

Extremely good
Purchased a swordfish paper shredder. which arrived two days after placing the order. On unpacking the item, the waste box was found to be cracked in two locations. Following an immediate telephone call about the problem,return details were forwarded, and the item was collected and a replacement delivered the next day, The service was excellent and the problem dealt very efficiently.

HSM Product lets the side down.
Good service - on time delivery etc. well packaged. The HSM Trimmer product, however is very average - difficult to line up the cut; missing placement pad; very stiff mechanism. A waste of £300+. I will end up buying another trimmer.... shame.
