Good customer service and very quick delivery. Bought a shredder online, realised I'd need shredder oil too so added to order next day by email and phone. Sadly didn't arrive with shredder, but when informed of this they sent it out under separate cover (although it took a further week to arrive). Best price on this particular item so was pleased overall.

Excellent Service & Low Price for Quiality Items
Ordered an A3 scanner but the model we were after was out of stock. A2b upgraded to the next available model free of charge and delivered the very next day. One of the items in my order was not available when the package was shipped - this item arrived seperately via another courier later that day. All in all, the service received was fantastic and I would highly recommend A2b.
